Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii,konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka wykona- na z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru ma postac bryly w ksztalcie trójkata ze scietymi wierzcholkami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. Przedstawia nasadke w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku z góry. Nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazonego walca posiadajacego w czesci górnej glówke w ksztalcie trójkata ze scietymi wierzcholkami, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Nasadka jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru i moze byc metalizo- wana, galwanizowana, transparentna lub kryta. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do perfum wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego dowolnego koloru majaca postac bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazonego walca posiadajacego glówke w ksztalcie trójkata ze scietymi wierzcholkami.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle cap. The industrial design represents a new and unique form of a product, given in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the cap, made of any color plastic, in the form of a triangle-shaped solid with truncated tops. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap from the front, and Fig. 2 shows a top view. The perfume bottle cap is in the form of a solid in the form of a hollow cylinder with a triangular head with truncated tops at the top, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. The cap is made of any color plastic and can be metallized, galvanized, transparent, or coated. The essential features of the industrial design are a perfume bottle cap made of plastic of any color, in the form of a cylinder hollowed out on one side and having a head in the shape of a triangle with truncated tops.
