Dysza 3, usytuowana bezposrednio za wejsciem 2 komory 1 zraszania, zasilana z pompy 12 poprzez przewód 10 woda, tworzy kurtyne 4 wodna w przeciwpradzie z podawanym do odpylenia me- dium 5 gazowym. Ko- mora 1 zraszania i komora odkraplacza 9 przedzielone sa szczelna przegroda 7 z usytuowana w niej centralnie kierownica 8, w której nastepuje zawirowanie medium 5 gazowego. Wirujacy strumien me- dium 5 gazowego wraz z zawartymi w nim kroplami wody zwiazanymi z pylem, trafia na powierzchnie pierscieni 13 odkraplajacych, gdzie nastepuje dalsze intensywne wytracanie kropel. Woda z pylem splywa poprzez kieszen 14 splywowa i przewód 15 do zbiornika 11, zas oczyszczone medium 5 wy- plywa strumieniem 17. PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 72 438 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a wet dust removal device, particularly for removing coal and stone dust from a gaseous medium. A method and device for dedusting a gaseous medium are known from Polish patent description PL 188714. The device consists of a housing and a connected chamber and a water tank. A drive motor is located in the housing, on the side of the inlet of the gaseous medium to be dedusted, and a bladeless rotor is mounted on the shaft. The bladeless rotor consists of a solid disc and a side surface, preferably cylindrical or conical, connected to it at one end. The other end of the side surface is terminated with an edge. At least one row of radial holes or slots is made on the circumference of the side surface. A water conduit is fed into the geometric axis of the bladeless impeller, preferably terminating in a nozzle for water distribution or fragmentation. A stationary flow guide is located behind the conduit in the final section of the housing, attached to the inner wall of the housing. The chamber, in its lower section, contains an intermediate tank connected to the interior of the chamber by openings or slits. A conduit runs from the tank to a settling tank containing a pump connected to the water conduit via a conduit, preferably flexible. A method for dedusting a gaseous medium and a device for dedusting a gaseous medium are also known from Polish patent description PL 133850. The essence of the device according to the invention is to position the fan impeller in the device housing at a certain distance from the inlet opening, centrically relative to the housing. Beyond the fan impeller, in relation to the housing inlet, a chamber is located outside the device housing, which circumferentially surrounds the housing. The chamber contains partitions arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of the housing, and the spaces between the partitions in the chamber are open to the interior of the housing. The chamber has slots in its lower outer wall that connect its interior to a reservoir used to collect dust precipitated from the air. Furthermore, the device has at least one water conduit, the outlet of which is preferably located in the area around the geometric axis of the fan impeller. The conduit preferably terminates with at least one water spray nozzle. Patent description US 5582807 describes a device and method for removing dust and gaseous pollutants from exhaust gases. The exhaust gases enter the preliminary section and are treated with a countercurrent water jet to create a suspension containing solid particles, which are then removed. The water is recovered and flows into a tank, while the exhaust gases are further processed in subsequent sections of the device. The wet dust removal device according to the utility model is characterized by a spray chamber with annular partitions in the form of flat bars located around its circumference and a conduit for discharging the water and dust to the tank. An advantage of the device according to the registered utility model is the partial separation of the dust-water mixture droplets already in the spray chamber, in the space between the flat bars, which significantly intensifies the gaseous medium purification process. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing in a longitudinal cross-section. Nozzle 3, located directly behind the entrance 2 of spray chamber 1, supplied by pump 12 via water line 10, creates a water curtain 4 in counterflow with the gaseous medium 5 supplied for dust removal. Spray chamber 1 has annular partitions 6 in the form of sand traps located around its circumference, in which partial separation of water droplets from dust occurs. Water falls by gravity to the bottom of spray chamber 1, from where it is discharged through line 16 to tank 11. Spray chamber 1 and droplet eliminator chamber 9 are separated by a tight partition 7 with a centrally located guide vane 8, in which the gaseous medium 5 is swirled. The rotating stream of gaseous medium 5, along with the water droplets bound to dust, hits the surface of the droplet separator rings 13, where further intensive precipitation of the droplets takes place. The water and dust flow through the drainage pocket 14 and the pipe 15 into the tank 11, while the purified medium 5 flows out through the stream 17. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
