Creator of the industrial design: Józef Zietek Subject of the industrial design: Label for marking packaging of the SIDOLUX agent used for cleaning and maintaining floors DESCRIPTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The industrial design in its six variants is presented in the following drawings (Fig. 1-Fig 6) and photographs (Fig. 1-Fig. 6), respectively. Each of the indicated drawings and the corresponding photograph presents one of the design variants. Additionally, Fig. 7 and, respectively, Photo 7 present all the design variants collectively. All variants of the industrial design - labels - contain common verbal and graphic elements that make up a system of visual communication with their addressee - a potential buyer of the goods marked with the subject label. These common elements are: 1) a grey stripe adjacent to the upper edge of the label and running parallel to it across its entire width, occupying approximately 1/5 of the entire height of the label; this stripe features a horizontal, dark navy blue inscription SD)OLUX®, placed centrally in relation to the edge of the stripe; the lower edge of the stripe is marked by a narrow horizontal dark navy blue line, 2) a horizontal oval, marked with a white border and filled with red, the upper half of which, being placed centrally in the vertical axis of the entire label, overlaps the above-described grey stripe with the SIDOLUX trademark, and its lower half overlaps the photograph of the interior of the room filling the remaining part of the label; that! contains a message informing about the use of a given type of SIDOLUX agent - on a red oval background there is a white inscription which, depending on the industrial design variant, reads "protection and polishing" or "for washing" (of the six design variants, three - variants 1, 2, 3 contain the inscription "protection and polishing" - Fig./Photo 1, 2, 3 while the remaining three - variants 4, 5, 6 "for washing" Fig./Photo 4, 5, 6), 3) a photograph placed below the strip with the SIDOLUX® inscription showing the interior of the room, focusing on its floor - each design variant contains a different photograph: a) variant 1 - the photograph shows a room with white walls and a floor covered with white linoleum with a brown check, a brown door is visible in the background; There are also other elements in the photograph: 1) graphic, such as a Poznań Fair medal (upper left corner), a bunch of red flowers, 2) verbal - inscriptions running diagonally one below the other: "gloss without polishing" (white letters) and "new formula" (navy blue letters on a yellow background), 3) verbal-graphic - the inscription "PRODUKT POLSKI" placed on a sign imitating a waving white and red flag located on the right in the lower part of the photograph; b) variant* 2 - the photograph shows a room with a light-coloured panel floor, in which on both sides there are plants in pots placed on the floor; in the background there is a double-leaf balcony window leading to the garden;
