Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest zestaw przeznaczony do montowania kurtyny do konstrukcji slupowo-linowej mobilnego kapieliska sluzacej do oddzielania strefy kapieliska od toni jeziora lub cieku, majacy zastosowanie zarówno w ciekach, jak i akwenach, w których funkcjonuja kapieliska badz miej- sca okazjonalnie wykorzystywane do kapieli. Wydzielenie kapielisk odbywa sie zwykle poprzez budowe stalych pomostów zakotwiczonych w dnie zbiornika stalowymi rurami lub drewnianymi palami. Konstrukcja nosna tych pomostów pozostaje w zbiorniku wodnym przez caly czas uzytkowania, a demontazowi podlega jedynie poszycie, po którym chodza uzytkownicy. Innym rodzajem kapieliska jest zastosowanie pomostów plywajacych, skladajacych sie z modu- lów pelniacych funkcje plywaków, które unosza sie na powierzchni wody i sa kotwione do dna badz cumowane do stalych punktów nabrzeza. W tego typu kapieliskach nie ma mozliwosci oczyszczania wody, a jej czystosc zalezna jest od jakosci wody w calym akwenie. Istota wzoru uzytkowego, którym jest zestaw do montowania kurtyny do konstrukcji slupowo- -linowej mobilnego kapieliska, polega na tym, ze stanowi go hak do zaczepiania za line, majacy na srubie blokownik w postaci wzdluznego elementu, ze skosna szczelina, w której na jednej z po- wierzchni wewnetrznej ma lukowe wpusty, natomiast miedzy powierzchnia kurtyny, a blokownikiem usytuowana jest podkladka. Dzieki zastosowaniu rozwiazania wedlug wzoru, uzyskano nastepujace efekty techniczno-uzytkowe: - mozliwosc szybkiej budowy kapieliska lub wydzielenia miejsca wykorzystywanego do kapieli w dowolnym cieku lub akwenie, - mozliwosc utrzymania wlasciwej jakosci wody w kapielisku podczas trwania sezonu kapielo- wego, - mozliwosc awaryjnego oczyszczania wody w zanieczyszczonym kapielisku, - mozliwosc dostarczania elementów kapieliska do miejsca przeznaczenia na typowych pojaz- dach transportowych, w ukladzie kontenerowym, - konstrukcja kapieliska zapewnia jego bezpieczne uzytkowania, - szybki montaz i demontaz elementów kapieliska, - mozliwosc przenoszenia konstrukcji kapieliska w dowolnym czasie i w dowolne miejsce, - niskie koszty wytwarzania elementów kapieliska, - mozliwosc szybkiej wymiany poszczególnych segmentów kurtyny, - mozliwosc zamocowania w powierzchni segmentu awaryjnej klapy przelewowej. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego uwidoczniono w schematach na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 poka- zano fragment konstrukcji kapieliska o konstrukcji slupowo-linowej z zamocowanym segmentem kur- tyny, na fig. 2 pokazano ogólny schemat fragmentu kurtyny przymocowanej do liny nosnej za pomoca haka z blokada, na fig. 3 pokazano hak z blokada w rzucie bocznym (A) oraz w rzucie z przodu (B), na fig. 4. pokazano schemat prostokatnej podkladki. Kapielisko 1 o konstrukcji slupowo-linowej, sklada sie ze slupów 2, zestawu lin 3 -, 3 - -, 3 - - -, …, kurtyny 4 oraz elementów laczacych kurtyne z linami, przedstawione na fig. 1. The separation of swimming areas is usually carried out by building permanent platforms anchored to the bottom of the reservoir with steel pipes or wooden poles. The supporting structure of these platforms remains in the reservoir throughout the period of use, and only the covering, on which users walk, is subject to dismantling. Another type of swimming area is the use of floating platforms, consisting of modules acting as floats, which float on the water surface and are anchored to the bottom or moored to permanent points on the quay. In this type of bathing area, there is no possibility of water purification, and its purity depends on the quality of water in the entire body of water. The essence of the utility model, which is a set for mounting a curtain to a pole-and-rope structure of a mobile bathing area, consists in the fact that it consists of a hook for attaching to a rope, having a blocker in the form of a longitudinal element on the screw, with an oblique slot, in which on one of the inner surfaces it has arc-shaped inlets, while a washer is placed between the surface of the curtain and the blocker. Thanks to the application of the solution according to the formula, the following technical and utility effects were achieved: - the possibility of quick construction of a bathing area or designation of a place used for bathing in any stream or water body, - the possibility of maintaining the proper water quality in the bathing area during the bathing season, - the possibility of emergency water purification in a polluted bathing area, - the possibility of delivering the bathing area elements to their destination on typical transport vehicles, in a container system, - the construction of the bathing area ensures its safe use, - quick assembly and disassembly of the bathing area elements, - the possibility of moving the bathing area structure at any time and to any place, - low manufacturing costs of the bathing area elements, - the possibility of quick replacement of individual curtain segments, - the possibility of mounting an emergency overflow flap in the segment surface. The subject of the utility model is shown in the diagrams in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a fragment of a swimming pool structure with a pole-and-rope structure with a curtain segment attached, Fig. 2 shows a general diagram of a curtain fragment attached to the carrying rope by means of a hook with a lock, Fig. 3 shows the hook with a lock in a side view (A) and in a front view (B), Fig. 4 shows a diagram of a rectangular base. The swimming pool 1 of a pole-rope structure consists of poles 2, a set of ropes 3 -, 3 - -, 3 - - -, …, a curtain 4 and elements connecting the curtain with ropes, shown in Fig. 1. The number of poles 2 is selected according to the length of the swimming pool 1, and the number of ropes 3 -, 3 - -, 3 - - -, … according to its depth. The upper rope 3 - runs above the water surface and constitutes a load-bearing element. Curtain 4 is attached to the upper rope 3 - using snap hooks 5. The subsequent ropes 3 - -, 3 - - -, …, run below rope 3 - and serve to stabilize the shape and structure of the swimming area 1. Curtain 4 is attached to ropes 3 - -, 3 - - -, …, using hooks with a lock 6 shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 3 shows hook 7 and lock 8. Figure 2 shows a fragment of curtain 4, line 3 - - and elements of hook with a lock 6. Attaching curtain 4 to hook with a lock 6 consists in passing hook 7 in a horizontal position through the eyelet in curtain 9 and turning it by 90 degrees in such a way as to hook hook 7 onto line 3 - - (Fig. 3A). Then the position of the lock 6 is changed from horizontal to vertical, so that the "teeth" placed inside the lock 6 are wedged on the hook pin 7, maximally increasing the pressure of the curtain 4 and the rope 3 - - to the lock 8 (fig. 3B). A rectangular washer 10, preferably made of plastic, shown in fig. 4, placed between the lock 8 and the curtain 4, increases the pressure surface, thus protecting the curtain 4 from being damaged by the lock 8. The washer 10 has a horizontal recess in its central part, thanks to which it adapts to the shape of the curtain 4. The eyelet in the curtain 9 has a metal fitting, protecting the curtain 4 from being damaged by the hook 7. The diameter of the eyelet in the curtain 9 is selected to dimensions3 of the hook 7 in such a way as to enable the hook 7 to be inserted through the eyelet in the curtain 9 and turned, and then the locking device 8 to be securely locked. The diameter of the eyelet 9 in the curtain 4 is preferably 10% larger than the width of the hook 7. The hook 7 is permanently and detachably connected to the locking device 8, preferably by screwing it with a screw 11. In order to increase the safety of using the bathing area 1, it is advantageous to place covers 12 at the point of connection of the hook 7 with the rope 3 - -, 3 - - -, …, on the inner side of the bathing area 1. The cover 12 is preferably made of the same material as the curtain 4. The cover 12 is attached to the curtain 4 in a known manner, e.g. by means of Velcro. Disassembly is carried out by changing the position of the lock 8 from vertical to horizontal, so that the "teeth" placed inside the lock 8 unlock the hook pin 7, allowing the hook 7 to be detached from the rope 3 - -, by turning the hook 7 to the horizontal position and then removing the hook 7 through the curtain eyelet 9.
