Ergonomiczna rekojesc wedlug wzoru, zwlaszcza do wkretaków o grotach dlugich (fig. 1) jak i krót- kich (fig. 3), jest wyposazona w rdzen. Przy czym, w przekroju poprzecznym wspomniana rekojesc sta- nowi trójkat z zaokraglonymi rogami (fig. 2–3). Dalsze opcjonalne wzmocnienie rekojesci mozna uzyskac poprzez dodatkowe pokrycie warstwy przejsciowej WP pochodna polipropylenu. Wszystkie zastosowane materialy kompozytowe tworzace material wielokompozytowy polaczone sa miedzy soba w procesie formowania termoplastycznego, które wykonuje sie przy uzyciu wtryskarek. System wtrysku oparty jest o formy wielosuwakowe. Temperatury formowania termoplastycznego powoduja trwale nierozerwalne laczenia poszczególnych warstw. Opisany proces to wtrysk wielokomponentowy. PL PLDescription of the Design: The subject of the design is an ergonomic handle, particularly for screwdrivers. Handles for craft tools of various cross-sections are known in the art; in particular, application US20110259161 A1 discloses a screwdriver whose handle body is shaped into a triangular, three-dimensional structure that is ergonomically designed to facilitate gripping and turning the screwdriver. The core of the handle is made of injection-molded nylon. The handle body is made of injection-molded ABS, and may also be made of a blend of PP (polypropylene), fiber, and TPR. The outer layer is made of injection-molded TPR, which provides the screwdriver with oil-resistant, anti-slip, and shock-absorbing properties. The handle body is provided with an open end for exposing the striking portion of the handle core, and also with recesses. Patent US6345556 B1 discloses a screwdriver whose handle comprises a solid body having a rim defining a plurality of recesses and a layer of soft coating covered with visible recesses of the solid body. The recesses converge at the top of the handle. Utility model CN203918895 U discloses a screwdriver whose handle fits well in the hand and is provided with a grip line in the form of an arcuate X-shaped recess. The handle portion is provided with a rubber cover that ensures a good grip of the tool in the hand. Utility model DE29906460 U1 discloses a screwdriver whose ergonomic handle body is made of impact-resistant resin and has a polygonal cross-section with rounded corners and a softer part forming a recess at the front end of the handle body. This body is made of two types of materials. The grip lines are a soft surface and a plurality of circular and longitudinal grooves. Application CN110014390 A concerns a screwdriver handle equipped with grooves forming unilaterally closed and rounded patterns. The grooves appear on one side of the handle in a series. Known handles are not always ergonomic. Another technical problem is adapting the handle to different hand sizes. Therefore, the purpose of the utility model was to provide a new ergonomic handle that would fit various hand sizes. The design is for an ergonomic handle, particularly for screwdrivers, equipped with a core characterized by a cross-section in the form of a triangle with rounded corners; the core of the handle is made of a first composite material; an outer layer made of a second composite material is deposited on the core. The blade end of the handle has a ring with a substantially triangular cross-section and chamfered surfaces, which is connected by a constriction to a barrel-shaped gripping portion terminating in a round tip. The gripping part has a recess that forms a closed figure extending from the right side surface of the gripping part, creating a shape similar to the number two, the extension of the top of which extends on the upper surface of the gripping part from the side of the narrowing transversely to the said narrowing, changing into a shape similar to the number five extending on the left side surface of the gripping part, the extension of the base end of which connects on the underside of the gripping part at its connection point with the round tip, with the extension of the base of the number two constituting a recess pattern on the right rolling surface of the gripping part. The subject design provides a number of advantages. In particular, the shape of the handle has visible "grip" lines constituting recesses. Each of the lines of the screwdriver handle amplifies the tightening moment. Moreover, the handle is adapted to various hand sizes, wherein the second composite material is different from the first composite material, and between the core and the outer layer there is an intermediate layer (WP), on which a fourth layer made of a composite material derived from polypropylene is placed. The handle is ergonomic and fits comfortably in the hand. The design in question is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows an ergonomic handle according to the design with an attached spearhead in illustrative views showing the course of the "grip" lines, which are recesses; Fig. 2 shows a view of the handle from Fig. 1 from the side, from below and in cross-section; Fig. 3 shows the handle from Fig. 1-2 scaled for short spearheads. The ergonomic handle, as designed, particularly for screwdrivers with long (Fig. 1) and short (Fig. 3) blades, is equipped with a core. In cross-section, the handle is a triangle with rounded corners (Figs. 2–3). The handle core is made of a first composite material; an outer layer made of a second composite material is mounted on the core. The second composite material is different from the first composite material. The first composite material, the so-called first support layer constituting the core of the handle, is designed to be made of polypropylene (PP). The support layer of the handle, as designed, is designed to permanently anchor the screwdriver blade. Polypropylene is non-toxic and completely harmless to users. Polypropylene is a chemically resistant material, meaning it doesn't react with oil-based substances. As a supporting layer, it also exhibits high stress resistance, allowing it to withstand torsional forces. An outer layer made of a second composite material is embedded in the handle core, following a pattern. The second composite material is TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber), commonly known as thermoplastic rubber. TPR is a material that is very durable and impact-resistant. The material is non-slip and resistant to hardening at low temperatures. The use of various thermoplastic materials guarantees future users a handle designed with characteristics that directly impact its use. These features include: resistance to chemical agents, high stress resistance, high mechanical strength, torque transfer, and the ability to thermoplastically mold a shape that conforms to the user's hand. Optionally, a third layer can be embedded between the core and the outer layer – a so-called WP transition layer made of a composite material – which increases the handle's strength, according to the design. Further optional reinforcement of the handle can be achieved by additionally coating the WP transition layer with a polypropylene derivative. All composite materials used to create the multi-composite material are combined in a thermoplastic molding process, performed using injection molding machines. The injection system is based on multi-slider molds. Thermoplastic molding temperatures create a permanent, inseparable bond between the individual layers. The process described is multi-component injection molding. In this technique, two or more types of plastic are injected into a mold, which then fill the mold in sequence. This technique allows for the creation of more complex products. Multi-component injection molding allows for the combination of different materials or colors into high-quality plastic components. This allows for improved product design and functionality – all in an automated manner. The layer sequence in the screwdriver is polypropylene (PP) as the carrier layer (the first composite layer), on which the outer layer (the second composite layer) is deposited, which is thermoplastic rubber (TPR). In the case of using optional reinforcing layers, the order of deposited layers is as follows: a core constituting a supporting layer made of polypropylene PP (first composite layer), on which a possible intermediate layer WP made of polypropylene or its derivative is deposited (third composite layer), on which a possible layer of polypropylene derivative is deposited (fourth composite layer), on which an outer layer (second composite layer) made of thermoplastic rubber TPR is deposited. As shown in Fig. 1, the handle on the head side has a ring 1 with a substantially triangular cross-section and chamfered surfaces, which is connected by a narrowing 2 to a barrel-shaped gripping part 3 terminated with a round tip 4. The gripping part 3 has a recess 5 which forms a closed figure with a shape similar to the numbers five and two connected by their fronts. As indicated in fig. 1-2, the recess 5 forms a closed figure extending from the right side surface of the gripping part 3, forming a shape close to the number two (as indicated in fig. 2-3), the extension of the apex A of which extends on the upper surface of the gripping part 3 (fig. 1) from the side of the narrowing 2 transversely to said narrowing 2, turning into a shape close to the number five extending on the left side surface of the gripping part 3, the extension of the base end B of which (fig. 2) closes said closed figure, joining on the bottom surface of the gripping part 3 at the point of joining of said gripping part 3 with the round tip 4 with the extension of the base of the number two constituting the pattern of the recess 5 on the right side surface of the gripping part 3.
