Znana z aktualnego stanu techniki specyfikacja amerykanskiego patentu o numerze US 7,632,224 B2 opisuje wymienne narzedzie skladajace sie z korpusu narzedzia z koncówka przylaczeniowa, gdzie kon- cówka przylaczeniowa sluzy do zamocowania narzedzia w przylaczanym urzadzeniu. Kolejnym zadaniem naszego wzoru uzytkowego jest opracowanie takiego narzedzia do giecia, do którego wtórnie moze byc wykonane mocowanie w sposób oplacalny, a narzedzie takie bedzie latwe w uzyciu i utrzymaniu. PL PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a press brake tool attached to a tool changer mounted on a robot, which enables easy and quick gripping and movement of various types of edge bending tools using the changer mounted on the robot, using a secondary connector. One of the essential elements of the sheet metal processing process is selecting the appropriate upper and lower edge bending tools and placing and securing them in the tool holder, which in high-performance production systems is appropriately performed using a robot. The equipment developed for changing edge bending tools in robotic press brakes currently does not allow for their use with commercially available edge bending tools of various types and mounting systems. Two-thirds of press brakes introduced worldwide use a US (European Standard) tool system, which is incompatible with robotic solutions, and a similar situation exists for other types of press brake tools. This leaves a significant number of users excluded from automation. The current state-of-the-art specification, US patent number US 7,632,224 B2, describes an interchangeable tool consisting of a tool body with a connecting end, where the connecting end serves to secure the tool to the connecting device. Connecting elements are arranged within the tool body to create a non-rotating connection with the manipulator that inserts or removes the tool from the tool holder structure. Patent number US 6,656,099 B1 describes a press brake equipped with a press brake tool and a tool changer equipped with a hook and tongue. The press brake tool is equipped with a locking device. The press brake is a single unit with lower and upper tool magazines, which also move the bending tool. The tool changer moves the bending tools to the tool holders. Various designs of commercially available bending tools can be found on the Internet at the URL addresses https://gordiuszalfa.hu/termek/rolleri-elhajlito-szerszamok/ and https://www.toolsystems24.de/en/, where it can be seen that the tool bodies do not have mounting solutions that would enable connection to a robotic gripper. Such a solution known from the prior art is illustrated in the drawing marked pos, where the body of the edge bending tool 1 has a support face 1 for the tool holder, a tool holder groove 1 and a clamping groove 1, which structural elements are necessary for mounting the bending tool 1 in the tool holder. However, the tools described and used in practice do not provide a useful solution for determining what modifications the user should make to the raw bending tool to safely grip and move the tool using a tool changer mounted on a robot arm. The figure shows that the edge bending tool 1 lacks a mounting point that would allow for reliable gripping by the tool changer. Due to this observed shortcoming, we set ourselves the task of constructing a mounting point on a known state-of-the-art bending tool that would allow for safe gripping and moving of the tool using a known tool changer mounted on a robot arm. Another goal of our utility model is to develop a bending tool that can be cost-effectively attached, and that is easy to use and maintain. Through experiments conducted during the development of our utility model, we concluded that a bending tool can be securely gripped by a robot and precisely moved using robot control if we design a gripping opening in the bending tool, where a structural element of the changer gripper can rest against a support surface on the tool, and a second structural element can press the bending tool against the supporting surface. During the experiments, a tool changer mounted on a robot arm was used. The structural element of the tool changer for clamping and releasing the bending tool was a clamping mandrel that could be moved linearly forward and backward using compressed air. With the specified task in mind, the subject of our utility model is a bending tool that can be safely attached to a tool changer mounted on a robot arm. Commercially available "raw" edge bending tools have a support face, a tool holder groove, and a clamping groove on the body for mounting them in a press brake holder. To enable connection to the tool changer, a gripping location was provided in the edge bending tool, which has an oval opening below the tool support face that passes through the tool body. On the side of the tool body, on the side facing the tool holder groove, there is an oval socket that overlaps an oval through hole. The end of the socket, deep within the tool body, has a stop collar that opens upward beyond the oval through hole. On the side facing the clamping groove, on the side facing the tool body, there is a conical socket with cylindrical ends that overlaps the oval through hole, the axis of which intersects the edge above the upper edge of the oval through hole. The changer is equipped with a cylindrical clamping pin with a conical end and a gripper pin for gripping and securing the edge bending tool. An oval gripper head is attached to the end of the gripper mandrel to hold the edge bending tool. This head rests against the stop collar of the oval socket in the edge bending tool as the robot picks up the tool. Using compressed air, the clamping mandrel can be moved linearly forward and backward, extending it from or retracting it into the device. When the gripper head engages the collar of the oval socket and the conical end of the clamping mandrel is pressed against the conical socket on the edge bending tool, the edge bending tool is securely attached to the tool changer. With a robot-driven tool changer in mind, the through-hole, conical socket, and oval socket at the grip location on the edge bending tool were dimensioned and positioned to accommodate the attachable structural components of the tool changer. The advantage of the utility model design is that it provides a mounting location on commercially available "raw" edge bending tools that allows for secure attachment and movement of the tool to a robot-arm-mounted tool changer equipped with a rigid gripper pin and a linearly movable pressure pin. On the edge bending tool, the mounting location can be cost-effectively remanufactured, and the tool will be easy to use and maintain. The solution according to the utility model is presented in detail in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an edge bending tool with a mounting location according to the pattern, Fig. 2 shows the connection of a changer mounted on a robot arm and an edge bending tool before mounting, and Fig. 3 shows the edge bending tools mounted to the changer mounted on a robot arm. Fig. 1 shows in multiple views an edge bending tool according to the pattern and the design of the mounting location on the tool body. Below the face of the support 1 of the edge bending tool 1 with a given width L, substantially in the central part of the tool body there is a through oval opening 1 with axis x2, with a given width a1 and height a2. The dimensions of width a1 and height a2 must be determined in such a way that the spindle 2 of the changer 2 equipped with heads 2 (see figures 2 and 3) passes through the oval hole 1 without any obstacles with a clearance of not less than 1 mm. The body of the edge bending tool 1 from the side of the tool holder groove 1 has an oval socket 1 which extends into the interior of the through oval hole 1. The oval socket 1 is used to receive the holding head 2 mounted on the gripper mandrel 2 of the changer 2, and its shape is adapted to the supporting head 2. At the end of the oval socket 1, inside the tool body, there is a supporting collar 1 which provides support for the supporting head 2 mounted on the gripper mandrel 2 of the changer 2, inserted into the oval socket 1. The depth l2 of the oval socket 1 is equal to the length of the supporting head 2 entering it. The rear height l3 of the mounting point of the edge bending tool 1 should be set in such a way that the height of the collar 1 opening upwards above the oval through hole 1 is at least 8 mm. The tool body on the side of the pressure groove 1 has a conical socket 1 with cylindrical ends 1, 1, axis x1, cone angle -, a given diameter D, which partially overlaps the oval through hole 1. The x1 axis of the conical socket 1 is parallel to the x2 axis of the oval through hole 1, but their mutual position is eccentric. The conical seat 1 is used to receive the tip of the pressure mandrel 2 (see figures no. 2 and 3) of the tool changer 2 and adapts to the shape, therefore its conical angle is consistent with the angle of the cone of the tip of the pressure mandrel 2, but its diameter D should be at least 1 mm greater than the diameter of the pressure mandrel 2. The front height l2 of the place of mounting the edge bending tool 1 is set so that the axis x1 of the conical seat 1 intersects the flange 1 at least 3 mm above the upper edge of the oval through hole 1, which can ensure that the pressure mandrel 2 pressed into the conical seat 1 presses the holding head 2 mounted on the gripper mandrel 2 against the flange 1. Fig. 2 shows the tool changing device 2 and the edge bending tool 1 before their connection. The edge bending tool 1 is suspended in the tool holder 3 and secured with a tool clamp 4. The pressure mandrel 2 with a conical tip is pulled into the tool changing device 2, and the gripper mandrel 2 is extended from the tool changing device 2 and its tip is inserted into the edge bending tool 1. At the end of the gripper mandrel 2 there is attached, by means of a screw 2 with a countersunk head, a supporting head 2, which is set in contact with the collar 1 of the oval socket 1 of the edge bending tool 1 (see figure No. 1). Figure 3 shows the tool changing device 2 and the edge bending tool 1 in the final state of connection. Compressed air introduced into the tool changing device 2 pushes the pressure mandrel 2 out of the device and presses it into the conical seat 1 of the edge bending tool 1 in a way that closes the connection by shape (see figure no. 1), and thus the edge bending tool 1 is securely gripped by the tool changing device 2 with two-sided pressure. When changing tools on a press brake, for robotic movement of the edge bending tool 1, the tool changing device 2 must be mounted on the robot arm. The gripper mandrel 2 of the tool changing device 2, with the holding head 2 mounted thereon, must be inserted into the oval through-hole 1 of the edge bending tool 1, which, due to its design, guides the gripper mandrel 2. Next, the holding head 2 should be inserted into the oval socket 1 of the edge bending tool 1 until it stops, against the support surface of the flange 1. Then, using the pneumatics of the tool changing device 2, the pressing mandrel with a conical tip 2 should be pressed into the conical socket 1 of the edge bending tool 1 and the edge bending tool 1 should be pressed against the holding head 2 pressed against the flange 1. Then, the tool changing device 2 will hold the edge bending tool 1 securely. Then, by controlling the robot, the tool changing device 2 can take the edge bending tool 1 from the tool hanger 3 and move it to the tool holder of the press. in such a way that the hanger groove 1 of the edge bending tool 1 is set in the working position in the tool holder. After mounting the edge bending tool 1 in the tool holder, the pressure mandrel 2 of the tool changer 2 is withdrawn pneumatically, the holding head 2 is moved out of the oval socket 1 of the edge bending tool 1, and the gripper mandrel 2 is pulled out of the edge bending tool 1.
