Do krawedzi przepustnic zamon- towane sa ruchome plyty uszczelniajace, zas kanaly napedowe zakonczone sa dyfuzorami. PLDescription of the Design: The subject of the utility model is a hovercraft designed for rescue and patrol purposes in locations inaccessible to other rescue units, especially in difficult weather conditions in wetlands and bodies of water covered with a dangerous layer of thin ice. Patent application P86034 describes a hovercraft with an engine directly connected to a horizontally oriented fan with a vertical rotor axis, both mounted on a shock-absorbing frame. An air-compression chamber accumulating air from the fan includes an air distributor that directs compressed air through dampers and channels to horizontally driven nozzles and to drive the hovercraft's vertical lift. The steering system has two control levers connected to rotary dampers located in channels that terminate in drive nozzles. The nozzles, which terminate in ducts, are positioned along the sides of the hovercraft so that the hull's utility deck forms an open platform at the front. Air cushion-based vehicle designs are known and are produced in various utility versions. Their propulsion system consists of one or more propellers with horizontal airflow, which generate thrust causing the vehicle to move horizontally only forward. According to the utility model, the hovercraft, equipped with a hull, air ducts, fan, engine, and air distributor, is characterized by a control rod mounted in front of the seat, connected to the throttles by cables and control cables. Movable sealing plates are mounted to the throttle edges, and the drive ducts end with diffusers. The hovercraft is equipped with a propulsion system that allows the hovercraft to move forward, backward, and rotate in place. This propulsion system allows the hovercraft to navigate waterways, in locks, or under bridges, and has the added benefit of being able to rotate in place during difficult emergency or rescue operations. The advantage of this solution is the exceptional maneuvering precision unmatched by other hovercrafts, as well as its simplicity – requiring no hours of training for rescue crews or practical exercises. The hovercraft features intuitive controls that require little practice, significantly reducing the duration and cost of pilot training. The hovercraft's size allows for exceptional maneuverability, enabling it to reach small, difficult-to-access locations for larger vessels. At the same time, the relatively low cost of the hovercraft makes it possible to equip almost any Volunteer Water Rescue Service (WOPR), Fire Department, or other emergency services with one. The hovercraft's small size and weight make it easy to transport on trailers, allowing: 1. to bring the hovercraft to a location as close to the incident as possible and to immediately initiate a rescue operation, even one-man operation (the driver-rescuer starts the engine directly on the trailer and, without unnecessary loss of time, slides off the trailer and heads towards the drowning person); 2. the rescuer can, without having to transport the hovercraft, undertake rescue operations directly from its location, which in both cases minimizes the duration of the rescue operation. In rescue operations, time is crucial to saving the life of the rescued person. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the hovercraft in a side view with a schematic representation of the driving force, Fig. 2 shows a diagram of the hovercraft in a side view with a schematic representation of the lifting force, Fig. 3 shows a diagram of the hovercraft in a rear view and Fig. 4 shows a diagram of the hovercraft in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the hovercraft in a neutral position, Fig. 6 shows the hovercraft in forward motion, Fig. 7 shows the hovercraft in backward motion, Fig. 8 shows the hovercraft in right motion, and Fig. 9 shows the hovercraft in left motion. The hovercraft has a fuselage 1 equipped with propulsion channels 2, an air distributor chamber 3, support channels 4, and a transport chamber 5. The support channels 4 are arranged around the fuselage 1 and terminated with a skirt system 6. In the rear part of the fuselage 1 there is a drive engine 7 mounted, connected to a fan 8 pushing air vertically into the support and drive channels 4 and 2. At the front of the fuselage 1 there is a seat 9 for controlling the hovercraft. At the rear of the fuselage 1, in the middle between the drive channels 2, there is a fuel tank and luggage compartment 10. In front of the seat 9, or on its right or left side, there is a control rod 11 attached, connected to the throttles 12 by means of rods 13 and control cables 14. Movable sealing plates 15 are mounted to the edges of the throttles 12. The drive channels 2 end with diffusers 16 that stabilize the outgoing air. The diffusers 16 are controlled by the control rod 11 by means of rods 13 and control cables 14. A control lever 17 is mounted next to the seat 9. The operation of the system according to the utility model is as follows: During flight over land, water or ice, the fan 8 forces air into the air distributor chamber 3. Air in the distributor 3 is forced into the lift channels 4 with skirts 6, thanks to which the hovercraft creates an air cushion and rises, and into the drive channels 2, thanks to which the vehicle moves in the desired direction. The direction of the hovercraft's movement is regulated by the main control system: rod 11, throttles 12, pull rods 13, and rudders 14. The engine speed 7 is controlled by a lever 17 mounted next to the seat 9, on its right or left side.
