1 poszczególne czesci zawiasu unoszacego w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 2 przekrój wzdluzny tulei srodkowej; fig. 3 zawias unoszacy zamontowany na oscieznicy i skrzydle drzwiowym; fig. 4 przykladowy zaoblony profil elementu górnego, elementu dolnego, tulei srodkowej; fig. 5 sciety profil elementu górnego, elementu dolnego, tulei srodkowej; Na rysunku fig. 1 widoczne sa poszczególne czesci zawiasu unoszacego wedlug wzoru uzytko- wego. 5. Sciecie to umozliwia ruch obrotowy tulei srodkowej 3 a tym samym otwarcie skrzydla drzwiowego D. Jak pokazano na ry- sunku fig. 4 sciecie moze miec postac zaoblenia. PL PL PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a lifting hinge intended for use particularly in electrical switchboard cabinets. Known lifting hinges, due to their design, not only force rotation but also movement along their axis of rotation. When a door leaf equipped with a lifting hinge is opened, it is raised to a certain height, while closing occurs automatically or by applying a relatively small force. Among other things, hinges are widely used that, through specially profiled surfaces, force automatic movement in a direction coinciding with the hinge's axis of rotation. In this way, the generated potential energy is converted into rotational movement, which affects the automatic (or facilitating) closing of the door. An example of such a hinge is the self-closing hinge shown in utility model PL64797Y1, which is a door hinge for self-closing doors, small doors, or other tilted opening and closing elements. The hinge has a pin embedded in the sleeve of one leaf, shorter than the sleeve, with its end cut at an acute angle. The sleeve of the other leaf has a pin embedded in the sleeve, longer than the sleeve, with one end also cut at an acute angle. The pins are secured in the sleeves with screws. The length of both pins, when the hinge is open, is greater than the combined length of both sleeves. Another example of utility model PL070358Y1 discloses a turned gravity hinge, characterized in that the lower bearing element of the hinge forms a pin with one end cut off, to which a pin constituting the axis of rotation of the hinge is permanently attached, while the upper element of the hinge forms a pin with a cut off end having a socket movably mounted on the pin of the lower hinge element, wherein in the closed position of the hinge, the beveled line of the end of the pin forming the lower hinge element and the beveled line of the end of the pin forming the upper hinge element are tangential to each other along their entire length. Self-closing hinges or gravity hinges used in the prior art enable the door leaf to be closed using gravity. However, to maintain the door leaf in a specific opening angle or in a closed position and prevent it from opening uncontrollably, it is necessary to use additional elements on the door frame and/or door leaf, for example, in the form of additional supports to support the door's weight in the open position, or locks or hooks installed to secure the door leaf against uncontrolled opening. The purpose of the utility model is to provide a simple and reliable lifting hinge design that would reduce the need to install additional elements on the door leaf or door frame to hold the door leaf in a closed position or at a specific opening angle. The essence of the utility model is a lifting hinge consisting of a lower element and an upper element containing threaded mounting holes, connected by a pin constituting the axis of rotation of the hinge, and a central sleeve containing threaded mounting holes and movably placed on the pin between the upper element and the lower element, wherein the length of the pin is greater than the length of the central sleeve, and the upper element, the lower element and the central sleeve have the shape of a cuboid with two adjacent, parallel edges cut off, characterized in that the upper element further includes a projection adapted to widen the through hole in the upper part of the central sleeve, wherein the through hole is widened by the dimension of the projection of the upper element, while in the lower part the through hole of the central sleeve has a dimension adapted to The diameter of the pin. The parallel edges of the upper element, lower element, and center sleeve are cut in a rounded shape. The lifting hinge, as designed in the utility model, uses a projection on the upper element and a widened through-hole in the center sleeve to prevent uncontrolled opening of the door leaf. In the closed position, the projection is inside the center sleeve, blocking the opening. Only after the door leaf is raised by the height of the projection is it possible to open. The projection on the upper element also maintains the door leaf's opening angle by resting the projection on the upper surface of the center sleeve. When the door leaf is closed, the projection slides along the upper surface of the center sleeve until it enters the widened opening in the upper surface of the center sleeve. The lifting hinge according to the utility model may be made of free-cutting steel and may be coated using galvanic or other paint methods for corrosion protection or for aesthetic reasons. Additionally, threaded holes are made on both the top element, the bottom element, and the center sleeve, required for correct installation of the lifting hinge on the door leaf and door frame, respectively. The lifting hinge according to the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which the relevant figures show: Fig. 1: individual parts of the lifting hinge in a perspective view; Fig. 2: longitudinal cross-section of the center sleeve; Fig. 3: lifting hinge mounted on the door frame and door leaf; Fig. 4: example rounded profile of the top element, bottom element, and center sleeve; Fig. 5: cut profile of the upper element, lower element, central sleeve; Fig. 1 shows the individual parts of the lifting hinge according to the utility model. The lifting hinge consists of an upper element 1 and a lower element 2, which are connected by a pin 3. Both the upper and lower elements contain threaded mounting holes necessary for mounting these elements on the door leaf D. Between the upper element 1 and the lower element 2, on the pin 3, a central sleeve 4 is movably placed, which contains threaded mounting holes necessary for mounting it on the door frame O. The length of the pin 3 is greater than the length of the central sleeve 4, which enables sliding of the door leaf D mounted on the upper element 1 and the lower element 2, which is visible in Fig. 3. The upper element 1, the lower element 2 and the central sleeve 4 have a cuboid shape with two adjacent truncated edges as shown in Fig. 5. This cut enables the rotation of the central sleeve 3 and thus the opening of the door leaf D. As shown in Fig. 4, the cut may have the form of a rounding. The shape of the cut is not important, but it is important that the two edges lying on the wall opposite to the wall on which the threaded mounting holes are located are cut/rounded, because otherwise these edges will block the opening of the door leaf D. On the upper element 1 there is a profiled longitudinal projection 11, which is dimensionally adjusted to the widening 42 of the through hole 41 located on the upper part of the central sleeve 4. The central sleeve 4 has a through hole 41 intended for the pin 3, while in the upper part the through hole 41 has a widening 42 adjusted to the dimensions of the longitudinal projection 11 of the upper element 1. The cross-section of the central sleeve 4 with the visible through hole 41 and its widening 42 is visible is shown in the drawing Fig. 2. To open the door leaf D, it must be lifted to a height at least equal to the height of the projection 11 of the upper element 1. During opening/closing the door leaf D, the projection 11 rests on the upper surface of the central sleeve 4, which enables keeping the door leaf D in the raised position without the need to mount additional elements on the door frame O or on the door leaf D, and also enables keeping the door leaf D in the selected opening angle. Because the upper surface of the central sleeve 4 is parallel to the ground, uncontrolled closing of door leaf D is prevented. Door leaf D is closed by placing the projection 11 of the upper element 1 in the widening 42 of the through hole 41 of the central sleeve 4, and then door leaf D lowers and locks itself against spontaneous opening. Individual parts of the lifting hinge according to the utility model can be made for left-hand or right-hand versions of the door leaf. The lifting hinge according to the utility model is used particularly in electrical switchboard cabinets or other cabinets, primarily industrial cabinets, where the use of additional locks or other elements preventing uncontrolled opening is not necessary. Opening a cabinet with a lifting hinge as per the utility model does not require the use of additional tools or keys. PL PL PL
