The blister support has holes, each of which houses a pair of fixed and movable blister-moving wheels mounted on shafts parallel to the front side wall and coupled to the drive motor. A fixed and movable sliding strip is mounted above the edges of the blister support perpendicular to the front side wall and above the fixed and movable blister-moving wheels. The movable blister-moving wheels are slidably mounted on the shafts, and the movable sliding strip is slidably mounted along the shafts, and these elements are coupled to the sliding mechanism. Above the blister support, adjacent to the blister container, are a scanner and a linear guide parallel to the front side wall with a carriage driven by a 4-step motor. A piston actuator is attached to the carriage, with the piston's direction of travel perpendicular to the blister support surface. The blister support, beneath the linear guide, houses the tablet ejection opening. The mechanism for positioning the blister edge stops in the blister container, as well as the mechanism for moving the movable slide bar and the movable blister-moving wheels, all have electric motors. A beneficial effect of the utility model is that the medication in tablets is efficiently and reliably dispensed, precisely according to the prescribed schedule. A controlled dispenser according to the utility model in an example embodiment is shown in the drawing, in which the individual figures represent: Fig. 1 – perspective view of the dispenser, Fig. 2 – side view of the dispenser, Fig. 3 – top view of the dispenser, Fig. 4 – bottom view of the dispenser, Fig. 5 – front view of the dispenser, Fig. 6 – detail A of Fig. 5. The controlled blister tablet dispenser is used in a hospital to distribute tablets taken by hospital patients. The dispenser structure is made mainly of PP plastic and consists of a cuboidal blister container 1 with internal dimensions greater than the length and width of the blisters stored therein. The side walls of this container contain guides 1 for blister edge stops 1, which are positioned parallel to the side walls using an alignment mechanism. Outside the rear side wall of blister container 1, in its lower section, is an actuator 2 for ejection of blisters, which is an LD1 electric linear-motion piston actuator distributed by ELEKTROBIM. The bottom of blister container 1 is made of highly permeable, tempered glass, and underneath is installed an electronic reader 1, which is a high-quality image scanning and identification device with a CMOS optical system. At the bottom of the front side wall of blister container 1, an opening 1 is made in the form of a narrow, horizontal slit through which the ejected blister freely passes. The bottom of blister container 1 is connected to a blister support 3, with two edges perpendicular to the front side wall of blister container 1 and the same width as this wall. The blister support has holes, each containing a pair of fixed and movable blister-moving wheels. The blister support 3 has four rectangular holes 3 perpendicular to these two edges, spaced evenly from its connection point with blister container 1. Underneath the holes 3 are shafts 4, arranged perpendicular to the edges of the blister support 3 and coupled to a drive motor 5, which is an RTA stepper motor used in medical equipment. On shafts 4, at both edges of blister support 3, pairs of toothed, fixed and movable wheels 4, 4 for pushing the blisters are mounted. These wheels protrude slightly above the upper surface of blister support 3. Above the edges of blister support 3 in question and above the fixed and movable wheels 4, 4 for pushing the blisters, a fixed and movable sliding strip 3, 3 made of LubX® material with a low coefficient of friction is mounted, respectively. The movable wheels 4 for pushing the blisters are slidably mounted on shafts 4, and the movable sliding strip 3 located above the movable wheels 4 for pushing the blisters is slidably mounted along shafts 4, and these elements are coupled to the sliding mechanism. Scanner 6, a Goshyda CMOS image scanner, is installed above the blister support 3, at a distance from blister container 1 less than the blister length. Behind scanner 6, before the last opening 3, is a linear guide 7 perpendicular to the edge of the blister support 3, with a carriage 7 driven by a Nema 17 stepper motor from RTA. A piston actuator 8 is attached to the carriage 7, with the piston travel direction perpendicular to the surface of the blister support 3. A mini piston actuator is used, its parameters adapted to the tablet dimensions and blister properties. In the blister support 3, under linear guide 7, an elongated tablet ejection opening 3 is made, with a width greater than the size of a single tablet. The mechanism for positioning the blister edge stops 1 in blister container 1, the mechanism for moving the movable slide bar 3, and the movable wheels 4 moving the blisters are driven by electric motors 9 coupled to pressure sensors measuring the blister edges on the side walls of blister container 1. Stepper motors controlled by Arduino and strain gauge pressure sensors distributed by AXIS are used. All electromechanical and electronic components of the dispenser, including the actuator 2 for ejection of the blisters, the drive motor 5, the scanner 6, the stepper motor, and the piston actuator 8, are connected to a control module in the form of an adapted multifunctional RTA controller. The electronic reader 1 is connected to a module for identifying and managing the drug administration schedule, which is integrated with the control module. Dispensing tablets from blisters using a controlled dispenser according to the utility model presented in the embodiment example consists in adjusting the blister edge stops 1 to the size of the blisters stored in the blister container 1. The movable sliding strip 3 and the movable wheels 4 moving the blisters are also adjusted to this size using the sliding mechanism. The mechanism for adjusting the blister edge stops 1 and the mechanism for moving the movable sliding strip 3 and the movable wheels 4 moving the blisters are driven by electric motors 9 using signals from sensors measuring the pressure of the blister edges on the side walls of the blister container 1. The blisters are stacked one on top of the other in the blister container 1. The blister located at the bottom 1 of the blister container 1 is scanned using an electronic reader 1, and information about it is sent to the identification and medication schedule management module, from where it is digitally transmitted to the control module. This blister is pushed through opening 1 using a blister ejection actuator 2 and moved along the blister support 3 using the first pair of fixed and movable wheels 4, 4 that move the blisters under the scanner 6. Here, the top of the blister is scanned, and data on the tablet arrangement is digitally transmitted to the control module. After scanning, the blister is sequentially moved by the next two pairs of fixed and movable wheels 4, 4, which move the blisters over the tablet ejection opening 3 and under the linear guide 7 with the carriage 7 and the piston actuator 8. Here, the piston of the piston actuator 8 pushes individual tablets through the bottom layer of the blister into the tablet ejection opening 3, in accordance with a signal from the control module. The ejected tablet is placed in the appropriate container designated for medication for a specific patient, according to the prescribed medication schedule. After all the tablets have been ejected from a given blister, it is moved by the last pair of fixed and movable wheels 4, 4, which move the blisters to the used empty blister storage area, and the entire procedure is repeated for the next blister located at the bottom of the blister container 1. The blister-packed tablets are efficiently and reliably dispensed, while strictly adhering to the medication schedule prescribed for the individual patient. A computer product for implementing the method of dispensing tablets from blisters according to the utility model in the embodiment example is characterized in that the reading from the electronic reader 1 is analyzed, the medicine is identified and the schedule of its administration is checked, and the scanned image of the top layer of the blister made with the scanner 6 is analyzed. On this basis, the optimal path of moving the blister along the blister support 3 and the path of moving the carriage 7 on the linear guide 7 are determined. The locations of individual tablets in the blister are also determined, from which they are pushed out by the piston of the piston actuator 8.
