Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, przejawiajaca sie w indywidualnym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów postac zespolu tylnych swiatel samochodu, zawierajacego oprawe, zarówki i oslone ochronna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony (w polozeniu ekspozycyjnym widocznym w stanie uzytkowania) na rysunku, na którym kolejne figury przedstawiaja : fig. 1 - zespól tylnych swiatel samochodu w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z dolu, fig. 5 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z prawej strony, fig. 6 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z lewej strony, fig. 7 - zespól tylnych swiatel samochodu z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 8 - zespól tylnych swiatel samochodu z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Oslona ochronna zespolu swiatel tylnych samochodu ma ksztalt przypominaj acy - w widoku z przodu - prostokat, a w widoku z prawej strony - trójkat; jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1, fig. 5 i fig. 7; - W widoku z przodu lewy bok auasi-prostokata jest lekko wklesly i lekko nachylony do podstawy, która lagodnym unoszacym lukiem przechodzi w bok prawy, natomiast górny bok auasi-prostokata jest poziomy, podczas gdy - w widoku z prawej strony - lewy bok quasi-trójkata lagodnym wypuklym lukiem laczy wierzcholki: dolny i górny, dolny bok równiez lagodnym wypuklym lukiem laczy wierzcholki: dolnyi prawy, a górny bok jest zasadniczo poziomy i w skrajnym prawym odcinku wygiety w kierunku prawego wierzcholka auasi-trójkata; jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 5 i fig. 6; - Na powierzchni czolowej oslony zespolu swiatel tylnych znajduja sie dwie poziome strefy ornamentowe: górna, jasniejsza, zawierajaca szereg w przyblizeniu równoleglych poziomych i pionowych linii, a dolna, zlozona z trzech podluznych, poziomych obszarów, zawierajacych - w widoku z przodu - szeregi w przyblizeniu kwadratowych pól, przy czym linie graniczne poszczególnych stref ornamentowych, zwlaszcza z prawej strony, odwzorowuja fantazyjnie boki auasi-trójkata przylegajace do prawego wierzcholka; jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1, fig. 5 i fig. 7; - Wzdluz poziomych obszarów dolna strefy ornamentowej znajduja sie przestrzenne ornamenty w postaci graniastoslupów trójkatnych, osadzonych czworokatnymi scianami na powierzchni kazdego poziomego obszaru; jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 7; - Z tylu oslony jest umieszczona ksztaltowa oprawa, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 do fig. 8.Fig. 1 Fig. 3 Fig. 7Fig. 2Fig. 4Fig. 6Fig. 8 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new form of a car rear light assembly, comprising a housing, bulbs and a protective cover, manifesting itself in an individual shape, arrangement of lines and contours. The subject of the industrial design is shown (in a display position visible in the state of use) in a drawing, in which the subsequent figures show: fig. 1 - a set of rear lights of a car in a front view, fig. 2 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a rear view, fig. 3 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a top view, fig. 4 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a bottom view, fig. 5 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a right-side view, fig. 6 - a set of lights from fig. 1 in a left-side view, fig. 7 - a set of rear lights of a car from fig. 1 in a front perspective view, fig. 8 - a set of rear lights of a car from fig. 1 in a rear perspective view. Essential features of the industrial design: - The protective cover of the rear light assembly of a car has a shape resembling - in a front view - a rectangle and - in a right-side view - a triangle; as shown in the drawings - fig. 1, fig. 5 and fig. 7; - In the front view, the left side of the quasi-rectangle is slightly concave and slightly inclined to the base, which merges with a gentle rising arc into the right side, while the upper side of the quasi-rectangle is horizontal, while - in the right-side view - the left side of the quasi-triangle connects the lower and upper vertices with a gentle convex arc, the lower side also connects the lower and right vertices with a gentle convex arc, and the upper side is essentially horizontal and in its rightmost section bent towards the right vertex of the quasi-triangle; as shown in the drawing - fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 5 and fig. 6; - On the front surface of the rear light assembly cover there are two horizontal ornamental zones: the upper, lighter one, containing a series of approximately parallel horizontal and vertical lines, and the lower one, composed of three longitudinal, horizontal areas containing - in the front view - series of approximately square fields, wherein the boundary lines of the individual ornamental zones, especially on the right side, fancifully reproduce the sides of an aqua-triangle adjacent to the right vertex; as shown in the drawing - fig. 1, fig. 5 and fig. 7; - Along the horizontal areas of the lower ornamental zone there are spatial ornaments in the form of triangular prisms, set with quadrangular faces on the surface of each horizontal area; as shown in the drawing - fig. 7; - A shaped frame is placed on the back of the cover, as shown in the drawing - fig. 1 to fig. 8.
