Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem, przeznaczona do przechowywania, transportu i sprzedazy cieczy, zwlaszcza napojów alkoholowych, przy czym zamkniecie moze pelnic role kieliszka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi ja nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, przy czym butelka ma obrys splaszczonej, odwróconej i odcietej czesciowo u dolu gruszki z wywinieta na zewnatrz krawedzia podstawy, z wyprowadzona u góry cylindryczna szyjka z gwintem, a zamkniecie ma obrys bryly drazonej w postaci scietego stozka z pofalowana wzdluz tworzacych pobocznica, a ponadto bryla butelki na wysokosci okolo jednej trzeciej od podstawy posiada obwodowy uskok poszerzajacy jej dolna czesc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, którego fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu w perspektywie, fig. 2 w widoku z boku, fig. 3 w widoku i w perspektywie zamkniecie i nizej szyjke, zas fig. 4 te same elementy w przekroju osiowym. Zamkniecie butelki jest bryla drazona o ksztalcie scietego stozka z górnym • . ' i dnem i wewnetrznym gwintem. Pobocznica jest pofalowana wzdluz wysokosci bryly stozka, a samo zamkniecie moze spelniac role kieliszka. The essence of the industrial design is characterized by its novel form of a bottle with a closure, manifested in its shape: the bottle has the outline of a flattened, inverted pear, partially cut off at the bottom, with a base edge that is rolled outward, and a cylindrical neck with a thread extending at the top. The closure has the outline of a hollow body in the form of a truncated cone with a wavy edge along the sides. Furthermore, the bottle body has a circumferential recess approximately one-third of the way from the base, widening its lower part. The subject of the industrial design is presented in a drawing, of which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view in perspective, Fig. 2 in a side view, Fig. 3 in a view and in perspective of the closure and lower neck, and Fig. 4 shows the same elements in axial cross-section. A bottle with a closure according to the industrial design, where the bottle has the form of a solid in the shape of a flattened pear, partially cut off at the bottom, and in the plane of this cut-off, constituting the base of the bottle, has an outwardly bent edge of the wall, while the wall of the bottle solid, at a height of approximately one-third from the base, has a step widening the lower part in the sense of thickening the wall, while the step itself is inclined horizontally, and the thickened wall has a thickness twice that of the wall above the step. At the top, a pear-shaped cylindrical neck with external thread extends from the bottle body. The transition from the bottle body wall to the neck is arcuate, and the external diameter of the neck is one-quarter to one-seventh of the largest linear dimension in the cross-section of the bottle body. The bottle closure is a hollow body in the shape of a truncated cone with a top and bottom and internal thread. The side is wavy along the height of the cone, and the closure itself can act as a glass. Essential features of the industrial design The bottle according to the industrial design has the outline of a flattened, inverted pear, partially cut off at the bottom, with the base edge turned outwards, with a cylindrical neck with a thread at the top, and the closure has the outline of a hollow body in the form of a truncated cone with a wave along the sides, and in addition, the body of the bottle at a height of about one third from the base has a circumferential recess widening its lower part.
