Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem, przeznaczona do przechowywania, transportu i sprzedazy cieczy, zwlaszcza napojów alkoholowych, przy czym zamkniecie moze pelnic role kieliszka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi ja nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, przy czym butelka ma obrys tulowia manekinu meskiego, którego szyja stanowi szyjke 0 ksztalcie scietego stozka z obwodowym pólpierscieniowym wyobleniem, a zamkniecie ma postac bryly drazonej o ksztalcie scietego stozka z obwodowym, pasowym, pocieniajacym scianke wybraniem i wewnetrznym pólpierscieniowym wybraniem, odpowiadajacym wyobleniu na szyjce, oraz wewnetrzna plaska przylge na dnie górnym zamkniecia z obwodowym rowkiem. The essence of the industrial design is characterized by a new form of bottle with a closure, manifested in a shape where the bottle has the outline of a male mannequin's torso, the neck of which is a truncated cone with a circumferential semi-annular curvature, and the closure is in the form of a hollow, truncated cone with a circumferential, band-shaped recess that thins the wall and an internal semi-annular recess corresponding to the curvature on the neck, as well as an internal flat rebate on the top of the closure with a circumferential groove. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, of which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view and in perspective; Fig. 2 in a side view, Fig. 3 in a view and in perspective of the closure 1 below the neck, and Fig. 4 shows the same elements in axial cross-section. The bottle with the closure according to the industrial design, having the outline of the torso of a male mannequin, has a circumferential recess on the neck at a height of approximately one-third from the base of the neck, while the closure, which also plays the role of a glass, is a hollow body in the shape of a truncated cone with an internal semi-annular circumferential recess corresponding to the recess on the neck. Furthermore, the bottom of the closure has a flat internal rebate with a circumferential groove. The closure side has a band-shaped recess that thins the wall across the width of the band, with the entrance into the wall material and the exit being a circumferential chamfer. Essential features of the industrial design: A bottle with a closure according to the industrial design has the outline of a male mannequin's torso, whose neck is a truncated cone with a circumferential semi-annular rounding, and the closure has the form of a hollow truncated cone with a circumferential band-shaped recess that thins the wall and an internal semi-annular rounding, corresponding to the rounding on the neck, and an internal flat rebate on the upper bottom of the closure with a circumferential groove.
