Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest srodek do czyszczenia zebów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac srodka do czyszczenia zebów przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie/ ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia segment srodka do czyszczenia zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, przy czym tubka i szczoteczka do zebów przedstawione liniami przerywanym jest pokazana jedynie w celach ilustracyjnych i nie stanowia przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego, fig. 2 przedstawia segment srodka do czyszczenia zebów w widoku z boku, fig. 3 przedstawia segmentsrodka do czyszczenia zebów w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia segment srodka do czyszczenia zebów w widoku z góry. Srodek do czyszczenia zebów wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac co najmniej czesciowo przezroczystego walka i ma widoczne zawieszone wewnatrz, w tym walku, elementy w ksztalcie szesciokatów. Istotne .cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze srodek do czyszczenia zebów ma postac co najmniej czesciowo przezroczystego walka i ma widoczne zawieszone wewnatrz, w tym walku, elementy w ksztalcie szesciokatów, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, fig. 1-4 .FIG. 1 FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a dentifrice. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a dentifrice, manifested in the shape/arrangement of lines and surfaces. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a segment of a dentifrice in a perspective view, with the tube and toothbrush shown in dashed lines being shown for illustrative purposes only and not constituting the subject of the industrial design; Fig. 2 shows a segment of a dentifrice in a side view; Fig. 3 shows a segment of a dentifrice in a front view; Fig. 4 shows a segment of a dentifrice in a top view. The dentifrice according to the design is characterized in that it has the form of an at least partially transparent cylinder and has visible hexagonal elements suspended inside the cylinder. The essential features of the industrial design are that the tooth cleaning agent is in the form of an at least partially transparent cylinder and has visible suspended elements in the shape of hexagons inside the cylinder, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-4.
