Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac srodka do czyszczenia zebów przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia segment srodka do czyszczenia zebów w widoku perspektywicznym; przy czym tubka i szczoteczka do zebów przedstawione liniami przerywanym jest pokazana jedynie w celach ilustracyjnych i nie stanowia przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego, fig. 2 przedstawia segment srodka do czyszczenia zebów w widoku z boku, fig. 3 przedstawia segmentsrodka do czyszczenia zebów w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia segment srodka do czyszczenia zebów w widoku z góry. Srodek do czyszczenia zebów wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac co najmniej czesciowo przezroczystego walka i ma widoczne zawieszone wewnatrz, w tym walku, elementy w ksztalcie serduszek. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a dentifrice, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surfaces. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a segment of a dentifrice in a perspective view; the tube and toothbrush, shown in dashed lines, are shown for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute the subject of the industrial design; Fig. 2 shows a segment of a dentifrice in a side view; Fig. 3 shows a segment of a dentifrice in a front view; Fig. 4 shows a segment of a dentifrice in a top view. The dentifrice according to the design is characterized in that it has the form of an at least partially transparent cylinder and has visible heart-shaped elements suspended inside the cylinder.
