Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stelaz lózka przeznaczonego do wyposazania sypialni. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac stelaza przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych stelazowi lózka oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkeeh i fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny rysunek stelaza lózka wedlug wzoru w korzystnym przykladzie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie stelaza lózka wedlug wzoru jak na fig.1, w widoku perspektywicznym. Stelaz lózka wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, przy czym wszystkie boki stanowia prostokatne pelne plyty o prostych krawedziach i o plaskich powierzchniach. Stelaz lózka wedlug wzoru ma prostokatny szczyt przedni polaczony bokami z szczytem tylnym. Przedni szczyt i boki stelaza maja jednakowa wysokosc, zas tylny szczyt ma wysokosc znacznie wieksza od ich wysokosci i wystaje ponad boki zarówno w góre jak i w dól.Stelaz lózka wedlug wzoru osadzony jest na parze nózek, zamocowanych z przodu stelaza, za szczytem przednim lózka, przy czym nózki maja przekrój splaszczonej elipsy, a z tylu podparty jest szczytem tylnym, który stanowi prostokatna plaska plyta wypuszczona ponizej dolnej krawedzi plyt bocznych stelaza na wysokosc nóg w przedniej czesci stelaza. Stelaz lózka ma przedni szczyt, boki i tylny szczyt w jednolitym ciemnym kolorze kontrastujacym z jasnym kolorem nóg. Stelaz w odmianie wykonania przedstawionej na fig. 2 ma przedni szczyt, boki i tylny szczyt w kolorze wenghe, zas nogi sa w kobrze aluminium. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Komoda ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, przy czym wszystkie boki stanowia prostokatne pelne plyty o prostych krawedziach i plaskich powierzchniach, przy czym przedni szczyt i boki stelaza maja jednakowa wysokosc, zas tylny szczyt ma wysokosc znacznie od nich wieksza i wystaje ponad boki zarówno w góre jak i w dól jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym na fig. 1 fig. 2. 2. Stelaz lózka osadzony jest na parze nózek, zamocowanych z przodu stelaza, za szczytem przednim lózka, przy czym nózki maja przekrój splaszczonej elipsy, a z tylu podparty jest szczytem tylnym, który stanowi prostokatna plaska plyta wypuszczona ponizej dolnej krawedzi plyt bocznych stelaza na wysokosc nóg w przedniej czesci stelaza, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym na fig. 1 i fig. 2.3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the frame, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the bed frame an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic drawing of the bed frame according to the design in a preferred embodiment, in a perspective view. Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the bed frame according to the design as in Fig. 1, in a perspective view. The bed frame according to the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, with all sides being rectangular solid boards with straight edges and flat surfaces. The bed frame according to the design has a rectangular front gable connected to the rear gable at the sides. The front headboard and sides of the frame are the same height, while the rear headboard is significantly higher than the sides and extends above and below the sides. The bed frame, as designed, rests on a pair of legs attached to the front of the frame, behind the front headboard. The legs have a flattened ellipse cross-section, and is supported at the rear by a rear headboard, which is a rectangular flat plate extended below the lower edge of the frame's side panels to the height of the legs in the front part of the frame. The bed frame has a front headboard, sides, and rear headboard in a uniform dark color that contrasts with the light color of the legs. The frame in the version shown in Fig. 2 has a front headboard, sides, and rear headboard in a wenge color, while the legs are made of cobra aluminum. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The chest of drawers has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, where all sides are rectangular solid boards with straight edges and flat surfaces, where the front top and the sides of the frame are of the same height, while the rear top is significantly higher than them and protrudes above the sides both upwards and downwards, as shown in the attached illustrative material in Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 2. The bed frame is mounted on a pair of legs attached at the front of the frame, behind the front top of the bed, where the legs have a flattened ellipse cross-section, and at the back it is supported by the rear top, which is a rectangular flat board protruding below the lower edge of the side boards of the frame to the height of the legs in the front part of the frame, as shown in the attached material illustrative material in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.3.
