Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest lózko sypialniane z podnoszonym materacem i po- jemnikiem na posciel. Prezentowany wzór zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii „Fig." 1A w wersji zlozonej oraz „Fig." 1B w wersji z podniesionym materacem, a takze w analogicznej kolejno- sci na rysunku jako „Fig." 2A oraz 2B. Tyl lózka (oparcie) sklada z trzech elementów: z wlasciwego oparcia usytuowanego w dolnej czesci o najwiekszej powierzchni „Fig." 1B. Oparcie to jest waznym elementem nosnym calej kon- strukcji lózka. Nad tym oparciem znajduja sie dwie ozdobne „poprzeczki" o identycznych wymiarach „Fig." 1A. Krawedzie tych „poprzeczek" sa wykonczone elementem ozdobnym tj. listwami aluminio- wymi, co jest widoczne na obu zalaczonych fotografiach. Wszystkie te elementy wykonane sa z plyty meblarskiej. Zarówno oparcie, jak i dwie poprzeczki sa przymocowane do nóg lózka (dluzszych nóg). Czesc frontowa lózka stanowi jeden element do którego przymocowane sa dwie nogi lózka (krótsze) - „Fig." 1A i 1B. Jest on w calosci wykonany z plyty meblowej. Po zlozeniu lózka, tj. w pozycji przygotowanej do spania, front ten jest nieco nizszy od górnej krawedzi materaca - „Fig." 1A. Dwa boki lózka maja jednorodny ksztalt (wzdluznego prostokata) i sa takze wykonane z plyty meblowej, stanowiac bardzo wazny element nosny konstrukcji lózka. Boki te sa czescia skrzyni lózka, a scislej pojemnika na posciel, tworzac jego zwarta strukture. Bok lózka przedstawiony jest zarówno na dwóch zalaczonych fotografiach „Fig." 1A i 1B. Pojemnik na posciel „Fig." 1B, to jedna z cech charakterystycznych prezentowanego lózka. Je- go scianami bocznymi sa boki lózka oraz oparcie i front lózka. Wewnatrz pojemnika, w polowie jej dlugosci zamocowana jest poprzeczka wykonana z plyty meblarskiej wzmacniajaca, która nie tylko dzieli sam pojemnik na dwie równe czesci, ale takze stanowi wazny element wzmacniajacy i usztyw- niajacy pojemnik, a takze skrzynie lózka. Dolna plaszczyzne pojemnika na posciel stanowi plyta pil- sniowa. Materac jest elementem ruchomym lózka. Zostal on przedstawiony na dwóch fotografiach - „Fig." 1A: w pozycji zlozonej (poziomej) oraz na Fot. 1B w pozycji uniesionej, w której widoczny jest pojemnik na posciel. Jest on unoszony ku górze za pomoca tzw. automatów sprezynowych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie lózka sypialnianego z podnoszonym materacem i pojemnikiem na posciel przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych oraz funkcjonalnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym: fotografiach „Fig." 1A oraz 1B, oraz rysunkach zalaczonych do wniosku, „Fig." 2A oraz 2B, przedstawiajace zglaszany wzór przemyslowy. Do najbardziej charakterystycznych cech prezentowanego wzoru decydujacych o jego oryginalnosci naleza miedzy innymi, wysokosc nóg lózka (w tylnej czesci sa zdecydowanie dluzsze w porównaniu z nogami zamocowanymi w czesci frontowej), zastosowanie aluminiowych listew ozdobnych na poprzeczkach, podkreslajace walory estetyczne lózka. The presented design is shown in the attached photograph "Fig." 1A in the folded version and "Fig." 1B in the version with the raised mattress, as well as in the same order in the drawing as "Fig." 2A and 2B. The back of the bed (backrest) consists of three elements: the actual backrest situated in the lower part with the largest surface "Fig." 1B. This backrest is an important load-bearing element of the entire bed structure. Above this backrest there are two decorative "crossbars" of identical dimensions "Fig." 1A. The edges of these "crossbars" are finished with a decorative element, i.e. aluminum strips, which is visible in both attached photographs. All these elements are made of furniture board. Both the backrest and the two crossbars are attached to the bed legs (longer legs). The front part of the bed is one element to which the two bed legs (shorter ones) are attached - "Fig." 1A and 1B. It is made entirely of furniture board. When the bed is folded, i.e. in the sleeping position, this front is slightly lower than the upper edge of the mattress - "Fig." 1A. The two sides of the bed have a uniform shape (long rectangle) and are also made of furniture board, constituting a very important load-bearing element of the bed structure. These sides are part of the bed box, or more precisely, the bedding container, creating its compact structure. The side of the bed is shown in both the two attached photographs "Fig." 1A and 1B. The bedding container "Fig." 1B, is one of the characteristic features of the bed presented here. Its side walls are the sides of the bed, as well as the backrest and front of the bed. Inside the container, halfway along its length, a crossbar made of furniture board is mounted. This not only divides the container itself into two equal parts, but also serves as an important reinforcement and stiffening element for the container itself, as well as the bed frame. The bottom surface of the bedding container is made of fiberboard. The mattress is a movable element of the bed. It is shown in two photographs - "Fig." 1A: in a folded (horizontal) position, and in Photo 1B in a raised position, where the bedding container is visible. It is lifted upwards using so-called spring mechanisms. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essence of the industrial design is a new spatial arrangement of a bedroom bed with a lift-up mattress and a bedding container, manifested in its shape, line layout, and color scheme, aimed at achieving aesthetic and functional goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material: photographs "Fig." 1A and 1B, and drawings attached to the application, "Fig." 2A and 2B, representing the submitted industrial design. The most characteristic features of the presented design, determining its originality, include, among others, the height of the bed legs (they are significantly longer in the rear section compared to the legs attached in the front section), and the use of aluminum decorative strips on the crossbars, emphasizing the aesthetic value of the bed.
