Description
Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie zbiorcze, przezna- czone przede wszystkim do produktów spozywczych, konfekcjonowanych w szczelne opakowania detaliczne, które jest szczególnie przydatne w przy- padkach tworzenia zestawów róznych odmian produktów pakowanych w jednakowe lub bardzo zblizone ksztaltem opakowania jednostkowe. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest jego widokiem z dlugiego boku, fig. 2 widokiem z góry, a fig. 3 jest widokiem opakowania z krótkiego boku. Opakowanie ma podstawe, z której wychodza dwie prostopadle do niej scianki boczne, usytuowane wzdluz boków dlugich podstawy. W widoku z boku krótkiego krawedzie scianek tworza prostokatny otwór przelotowy. W widoku z dlugiego boku krawedz górna scianki ma równe, lukowate wystepy, których wybrzuszenia sa skierowane w góre. W widoku z góry prostokatne, równej szerokosci pólki tworza szereg równych okienek. PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a collective packaging, intended primarily for food products packaged in sealed retail packaging, which is particularly useful for creating sets of different product varieties packaged in identical or very similarly shaped individual packages. The packaging according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 is a view from the long side, Fig. 2 is a view from the top, and Fig. 3 is a view from the short side. The package has a base from which extend two perpendicular side walls, located along the long sides of the base. In the short side view, the edges of the walls form a rectangular through-hole. In the long side view, the top edge of the wall has equal, arc-shaped projections, the bulges of which point upward. In the top view, rectangular, equal-width shelves form a series of equal windows.
