Description

Elektrolit kierowany do procesu elektrolizy cynku winien bowiem zawjerac manganu od 1,5 do 3,5 g/dcm3.Elektrolit o wymaganej zawartosci manganu otrzymano w nastepujacy sposób: w 100 m3 rozcienczonego kwasu siarkowego o skladzie 40 g Zn/dcm3 i 130 g H2S04/dcm3 rozpuszczono 1050 kg stopu zelazo-mangan o skladzie chemicznym Mn 80% i Fe 20%. W wyniku lugowania otrzymano roztwór o skladzie: 40 g Zn/dcm3 125 g H2S04/dcm3, 9g Mn/dcm3 i 1,2 g Fe/dcm3. Roztworem tym lugowano prazona blende cynkowa w wyniku czego otrzymano elektrolit przeznaczony do elektrolizy cynku o nastepujacym skladzie: 120 g Zn/dcm3, 3 g Mn/dcm* i 0,002 g Fe/dcm3.Przyklad II. W 100 m3 rozcienczonego kwasu siarkowego o skladzie 40 g Zn/dcm3 i 130 g H2S04/dcm3 rozpuszczono 1050 kg stopu zelazo-mangan o skladzie Mn 80% i Fe 20% w obecnosci 500 kg szlamu manganowego uzyskanego z czyszczenia wanien elektrolitycznych. W wyniku lugowania otrzymano roztwór o skladzie: 40 g Zn/dcm3, 125 g H2S04/dcm3, 12 g Mn/dcm3 i1,2g Fe/dcm3. Roztworem tym lugowano prazona blende cynkowa w wyniku czego otrzymano elektrolit przeznaczony do elektrolizy cynku o nastepujacym skladzie: 120 g Zn/dcm3, 3,5 g Mn/dcm3 i 0,002 gFe/dcm3. Sposób wedlug wynalazku^zczególnie przy przerobie blendy prazonej o niskiej zawartosci zelaza poprawia jakosc cynku elektrolitycznego, ogranicza zuzycie rudy manganowej oraz poprawia warunki pracy poprzez zmniejszenie stezenia par kwasu siarkowego w halach elektrolizy cynku. PL PLThe electrolyte directed to the zinc electrolysis process should contain manganese from 1.5 to 3.5 g / dcm3. The electrolyte with the required manganese content was obtained as follows: in 100 m3 of diluted sulfuric acid with the composition of 40 g Zn / dcm3 and 130 g H2SO4 / dcm3 was dissolved 1050 kg of iron-manganese alloy with the chemical composition Mn 80% and Fe 20%. As a result of leaching, a solution was obtained with the following composition: 40 g Zn / dcm3, 125 g H2SO4 / dcm3, 9g Mn / dcm3 and 1.2 g Fe / dcm3. This solution was used to leach the roasted zinc blend, which resulted in obtaining an electrolyte intended for zinc electrolysis with the following composition: 120 g Zn / dcm3, 3 g Mn / dcm * and 0.002 g Fe / dcm3. Example II. 1050 kg of iron-manganese alloy of Mn 80% and Fe 20% were dissolved in 100 m3 of dilute sulfuric acid consisting of 40 g Zn / dcm3 and 130 g H2SO4 / dcm3 in the presence of 500 kg of manganese sludge obtained from cleaning electrolytic baths. As a result of leaching, a solution was obtained with the following composition: 40 g Zn / dcm3, 125 g H2SO4 / dcm3, 12 g Mn / dcm3 and 1.2 g Fe / dcm3. This solution was used to leach the roasted zinc blend, which resulted in obtaining an electrolyte intended for zinc electrolysis with the following composition: 120 g Zn / dcm3, 3.5 g Mn / dcm3 and 0.002 gFe / dcm3. The method according to the invention, especially in the processing of roasted blende with low iron content, improves the quality of electrolytic zinc, reduces the consumption of manganese ore and improves working conditions by reducing the concentration of sulfuric acid vapors in zinc electrolysis halls.
