1 przedstawia ksztalt klamry w perspektywie a fig. 2 - fragment obudowy usztywniony klamra. PLThe subject of the invention is a clamp for stiffening mining support made of channel elements. For stiffening mining support made of channel elements, clamps are used, which constitute a rod with ends bent in the shape of a wide U-shaped. Such clamps are placed in the stirrups of the locks of the adjacent supports of the support, thus binding the support frames to a row and thus stiffening of the casing, preventing its collapse during shooting, especially in sloping headings. These clamps, however, have some drawbacks and inconveniences, which include: considerable weight making it difficult to put them on, taking them out and carrying them, easy damage by lumps of shot excavated material, preventing reusing them as well as the impossibility of installing them in places other than the locks. The aim of the invention is to eliminate these defects and inconveniences, and in particular to reduce the effort required to erect the housing and avoid steel losses caused by damage to the buckles. To achieve this goal, the task was to develop a small and light buckle that can be easily put on any height of the door frame, and also easily removed for re-use. The task was solved by constructing a U-shaped buckle, the ends of the arms bent perpendicular to the plane of the letter . These ends are inserted into the openings made at the ends of the channel struts adjacent to the doorframe on both sides. The clamp according to the invention binds the side gap with the struts adjacent to it, which makes the entire housing very rigid. The buckle is small and therefore light, easy to put on and take out and can be used many times, because the probability of damage by blown-off material is lower than that of known buckles. The buckle according to the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the shape buckles in perspective, and Fig. 2 - fragment of the casing stiffened buckle. As shown in the drawing, the buckle 1 is made of a bar with a circular cross-section bent in the shape of the letter U. The ends of 2 buckle arms are bent perpendicularly from the plane of the arms. One of the ends 2 of the buckle ends with a bead 3. The buckle 1 ends with 2 enters the holes 4 made at the ends of the channel struts 5 adjacent on both sides to the lateral arch 6. The diameter of the holes 4 is selected so that the bends of the buckle easily slide through them and the bead 3 the clamps cannot move through these holes.2 83 877 The clamps are placed on the already placed casing in such a way that it first moves through the hole in one strut, turning it properly, then, by positioning the strut, the adjacent one puts the free end of the clamp into the opening of this strut . The buckle is taken out by knocking it out of one hole with a pickaxe and then turning it appropriately to remove it from the strut. PL
