Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do napojów, zwlaszcza alkoholowych. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, stanowiacego butelke, przejawiajaca sie stylizowanym ksztaltem zawierajacym charakterystyczny ksztalt górnej walcowej czesci oraz dolnej czesci i przezroczystoscia powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc odtwarzany dowolna technika z zachowaniem wlasciwosci charakterystycznych stanowiacych istote butelki. The essence of the novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the new form of the bottle, manifested by a stylized shape containing the characteristic shape of the upper cylindrical part and the lower part, as well as a transparent surface. The subject of the industrial design may be reproduced using any technique while retaining the characteristic properties constituting the essence of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design, constituting a bottle, is shown in the attached illustration material, which includes in Fig. 1 - a front view of the bottle showing its symmetrical cylindrical outline containing in its upper part the outline of a stylized cone with arcuate outer edges and a surface containing a series of parallel upwardly converging strips, passing in the upper part into the outline of a neck with a cylindrical outline, narrowed in the upper part above the neck part having a rolled-up upper rim strip, and in the lower part a ring protruding beyond the cylindrical outline having on its surface a series of circumferential convexities in the outline of stylized rectangles with radial upper edges; in Fig. 2 - a top view of the bottle showing the upper outline of the bottle containing a series of parallel upwardly converging strips; in fig. 3 - view of the lower part of the bottle showing a ring protruding beyond the cylindrical outline, having on the surface a series of circumferential convexities in the form of stylized rectangles with radial upper edges and on the edge of the bottom a series of circumferential recesses in the form of grooves with an arcuate outline. The bottle, according to the industrial design, made of glass, ceramics or plastic, shown in the illustration, has significant features manifested in the fact that it has a symmetrical cylindrical outline containing in the upper part the outline of a stylized cone with arc-shaped outer edges and a surface containing a series of parallel stripes converging upwards, passing in the upper part into the outline of a neck with a cylindrical outline, narrowed in the upper part above the neck part having a rolled-up upper rim strip, and in the lower part a ring protruding beyond the cylindrical outline having on the surface a series of circumferential convexities in the outline of stylized rectangles with radial upper edges, and on the rim of the bottom a series of circumferential recesses in the form of grooves with an arc-shaped outline.
