Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do napojów, zwlaszcza alkoholowych. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, stanowiacego butelke, przejawiajaca sie stylizowanym ksztaltem zawierajacym charakterystyczny korpusu oraz elementu ozdobnego w górnej czesci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc odtwarzany dowolna technika z zachowaniem wlasciwosci charakterystycznych stanowiacych istote butelki. The essence of the novelty and originality of an industrial design lies in the new form of the bottle, manifested by a stylized shape containing a characteristic body and a decorative element at the top. The subject of an industrial design may be reproduced using any technique while retaining the characteristic properties that constitute the essence of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design, which is a bottle, is shown in the attached illustration material, which includes in Fig. 1 - a frontal view showing the outline of a symmetrical body having in the middle part an outline of a surface with the outline of a stylized label, and below it an outline of a surface in the form of a stylized rectangle with rounded lower corners and a wavy outline of the upper edge of the line, and above it an outline of a surface in the form of a stylized rectangle with an arc-shaped outline of the upper and lower edges and in the upper part a surface with the outline of a stylized strip containing in the middle part a decorative element in the form of an outline of a symmetrical ornamental wreath and inside a stylized element with the outline of a coat of arms, and in the lower part an extended base with an arc-shaped outline of the outer lower edges and a symmetrical arc-shaped outline of the bottom, while the neck has a cylindrical outline and in the upper part two parallel rings protruding beyond the outline of the neck and the outline of the thread; in fig. 2 - side view of a symmetrical body having symmetrically in the central part a surface outline of a stylised square with rounded corners, and above and below surfaces with the outline of stylised rectangles with rounded corners, and in the upper part surfaces with the outline of a stylised belt with an arc-shaped outline of the upper and lower edges, and in the lower part an extended base with an arc-shaped outline of the outer lower edges and a symmetrical arc-shaped outline of the bottom; Fig. 3 - a top view of the bottle showing a square outline of the body with radial corners containing surface recesses constituting the surfaces of stylized labels and a base with an outline of a stylized circle containing symmetrical protrusions situated along the radial corners of the body. The bottle, according to the industrial design, made of glass, ceramics or plastic, shown in the illustration material, has significant features manifested in the fact that it has an outline of a symmetrical body having on one side surface, in the middle part, an outline of a surface with the outline of a stylized label, and below it an outline of a surface in the form of a stylized rectangle with rounded lower corners and a wavy outline of the upper edge of the line, and above it an outline of a surface in the form of a stylized rectangle with an arc-shaped outline of the upper and lower edges and in the upper part a surface with the outline of a stylized strip containing in the middle part a decorative element in the form of an outline of a symmetrical decorative wreath and inside a stylized element in the shape of a coat of arms, and in the lower part an extended base with an arc-shaped outline of the outer lower edges and a symmetrical arc-shaped outline of the bottom, and on the other side surface having symmetrically in the middle part an outline of a surface with the outline of a stylized square with rounded corners, and above and below surfaces with the outline of stylized rectangles with rounded corners, and in the upper part surfaces with the outline of a stylized strip with an arc-shaped outline of the upper and lower edges, and in the lower part an extended base with an arc-shaped outline of the outer lower edges and a symmetrical arc-shaped outline of the bottom, and the neck has a cylindrical outline and in the upper part two parallel rings protruding beyond the outline of the neck and the outline of the thread, and The bottle body has a square outline with radial corners containing surface recesses constituting the surfaces of stylized labels, and a base with a stylized circular outline containing symmetrical protrusions located along the radial corners of the body. The bottle is made in various sizes for different capacities and has a rounded shape, with the color of the bottle surface depending on the color of the liquid placed inside.
