Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru tkaniny przejawiajaca sie w niespotykanym dotychczas ukladzie motywów zdobniczych o róznym ksztalcie i barwie. Wzór tkaniny z motywami roslinnymi wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nie jest znany w obrocie gospodarczym. Natomiast istnieje wiele wzorów tkanin, w których zastosowano figury geometryczne i motywy roslinne, lecz w zupelnie innym ukladzie, nadajacym inny wyglad tym tkaninom w porównaniu do zglaszanego wzoru. PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a fabric with plant motifs, intended primarily for upholstery, decorative fabric, or curtains. The essence of an industrial design is a new and original form of the fabric pattern, manifesting itself in a previously unseen arrangement of decorative motifs of various shapes and colors. A fabric pattern with plant motifs based on the industrial design is unknown in the trade. However, there are many fabric patterns that incorporate geometric shapes and plant motifs, but in a completely different arrangement, giving these fabrics a different appearance compared to the design submitted. The fabric pattern, as per the design, consists of the following decorative motifs: stylized leaf clusters, rectangular spirals, sets of sticks arranged parallel to each other, and flower designs arranged in rectangular fields, all placed on a fabric background composed of wide stripes. The stylized leaf clusters are arranged in various configurations: three single leaves arranged parallel to each other and three double leaves also arranged parallel to each other. The leaf clusters are placed against a background of rectangular fields. The spirals have a rectangular shape because their sides bend at right angles, and each spiral is placed against a rectangular field. The sets of sticks arranged parallel to each other are placed on adjacent stripes. The flower designs are arranged on rectangular fields. Individual decorative motifs are placed repeatedly on the fabric, giving it a unique appearance. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and, for better illustration, in a photograph. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the drawing and photograph include stylized leaf patterns, rectangular spirals, parallel sets of sticks, and flower designs arranged in rectangular fields. These are placed in various positions on the fabric, either side by side in groups or individually, oriented parallel or perpendicular to each other, and all the industrial design motifs are placed against a fabric background consisting of a system of wide parallel stripes extending across the entire surface of the fabric. All of the described decorative motifs, repeated cyclically on the fabric's surface and with the appropriately complementary colors selected, give the fabric a unique appearance as an upholstery, curtain, and decorative fabric.
