Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko w ksztalcie kola, w róznych jego odmianach. Zglaszane do ochrony ciastko wyróznia jego oryginalna postac oraz uksztaltowanie powierzchni, rózne w jego kolejnych odmianach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach fig.1 do fig.3, które przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany ciastka. Jak pokazano na ilustracji fig.l - ciastko posiada ksztalt przypominajacy krazek, w srodku którego znajduje sie okragle wglebienie, a wokól niego wykonane sa dwa - równolegle do obrzeza - kregi wyzlobien. Odmiana ciastka uwidoczniona na rysunku fig.2 - posiada ksztalt przypominajacy krazek, w srodku którego znajduje sie okragly otwór, a wokól niego wykonane sa dwa - równolegle do obrzeza - kregi wyzlobien. An important feature of the cookie shown in Fig. 2 is that: - it has a disc-like shape, with a round hole in the center, - around the hole there are two circles of grooves, parallel to the edge. An important feature of the cookie shown in Fig. 3 is that: - it has a disc-like shape, with a round area in the center of the above circle, filled with a darker color than the rest of the cookie, - around the darker color there are two circles of grooves, parallel to the edge.
