1 przedstawia przyklado¬ wy schemat systemu filarowo-komorowego z usta¬ wionymi podporowymi zespolami, fig. 2 — poszcze- 88 8863 88 886 4 gólne fazy eksploatacji oporowych filarów i prze- m ieszczania podporowych zespolów i fig. 3 — sche¬ mat eksploatacji oporowych filarów wiecej niz dwoma podporowymi zespolami. Natomiast dru¬ gi podporowy zespól 3b ustawia sie pomiedzy pier¬ wszym oporowym filarem 2a a sasiednim oporowym filarem 2b. Po wyeksploatowaniu oporowego filara 2a i Wycofaniu obu zespolów podporowych 3a i 3b uzyskana przestrzen przeznacza sie na zawal. Na fig. 2 pokazano kolejne fazy eksploatacji oporo¬ wych filarów 2 i przemieszczania podporowych ze¬ spolów 3.Jak przedstawiono na fig. 1 po wyeksploatowa¬ niu pierwszego oporowego filara 2a (faza I) pierw¬ szy podporowy zespól 3a przesuwa i ustawia sie pomiedzy dwoma nastepnymi oporowymi filarami 2b i 2c (faza II), natomiast drugi podporowy zes¬ pól 3b przesuwa sie i ustawia pomiedzy oporowym filarem 2b a calizna 4 zloza (faza III) co umozliwia wyeksploatowanie oporowego filara 2b. Czynnosci te powtarza sie az do wyeksploatowania wszystkich oporowych filarów 2. 3. i l- '^i PLThe subject of the invention is a method of exploitation of mineral deposits with a chamber and pillar system with a collapse of the roof. The previous method of exploitation with a chamber and pillar system with a collapse of the ceiling consists in cutting the deposit in the first phase of exploitation with chippers into blocks, which are then selected partially Leading the chamber pits along an extension parallel to the line of the goafs and then perpendicularly to this line. As a result, deposit cubes are formed, constituting supporting pillars, which in the final stage of exploitation are shot to cause a collapse. This method of exploitation is uneconomical because it does not make it possible to completely select the deposit, which in the part contained in the supporting pillars is spent on losses. The aim of the invention is to eliminate these losses or reduce them by developing a new method of exploitation enabling the selection of porous pillars. in a chamber and pillar system with a collapse of the ceiling. This method consists in cutting the deposit into blocks with pavements and their partial exploitation, leaving the resistance pillars, most preferably, first, next to the pillars closest to the goafs, at least two or three supporting units, of which the first support assembly is positioned between the abutment pillar to be exploited and the overall bed, and the second support assembly is positioned between the first abutment pillar and the second adjacent pillar. This way of positioning the supporting units enables good access for the cutting machine and safe and quick selection of the supporting pillar. [After the first pillar is worn out, the first-supporting unit moves and positions itself between the next two supporting pillars, and the second - The second support assembly moves and positions itself between the abutting pillar adjacent to the previously exploited first pillar, and the entire bed in order to exploit the next pillar. These activities are repeated until all the supporting pillars in the block have been ejected, and the space created after the selection of the supporting pillars is allocated to the collapse. When three or more supporting units are used, the next unit is alternately positioned between the adjacent two supporting pillars and between the supporting pillar and the body to allow simultaneous operation of two or more supporting pillars. This exploitation of the deposit, or significant reduction of its losses while maintaining the necessary safety conditions. The subject of the invention is explained in more detail in the drawing in which Fig. 1 shows an exemplary diagram of a pillar-chamber system with set support units, Fig. 2 - individual operating phases of the supporting pillars and the displacement of the supporting units, and Fig. 3 - the operating scheme of the supporting pillars more than with two supporting units. As shown in Fig. 1, after cutting the bed, for blocks 1, they are partially mined, while the pits are run parallel to the goaf line, an right perpendicular to this Knii. In this way, the part of the bed constituting the supporting pillars 2 is left unexploited. For the exploitation of the supporting pillars 2, next to the pillar to be selected, the support units 3 are positioned so that the first supporting unit 3a is positioned. between the resistance filament 2p and the entire bed. The second support unit 3b, on the other hand, is positioned between the first support pillar 2a and the adjacent support pillar 2b. After the abutment pillar 2a has been exploited and the two support units 3a and 3b withdrawn, the obtained space is allocated to the cave. Fig. 2 shows the successive phases of the operation of the supporting pillars 2 and the displacement of the supporting units 3. As shown in Fig. 1, after the first supporting pillar 2a (phase I) has been used up, the first supporting unit 3a moves and positions itself between two further supporting pillars 2b and 2c (phase II), while the second supporting set of section 3b moves and positions between the supporting pillar 2b and the entire bed (stage III) which allows the exploitation of the supporting pillar 2b. These activities are repeated until all the supporting pillars 2 are worn out. In the case of using three or more supporting units 3, each next supporting unit 3 is positioned alternately between adjacent supporting pillars 2c and 2d and between the supporting pillars 2e and the whole 4 as shown in Fig. 3. and 1- '^ and PL
