Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lawka przeznaczona do instalowania w ogrodach, parkach oraz obiektach uzytecznosci publicznej. Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, oraz zastosowanym zdobnictwie. Lawka przedstawiona zostala na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym na którym fig.1 i 2 przedstawia lawke w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 lawke w widoku czolowym. Lawka zlozona z siedziska, oparcia oraz podstawy zlozonej z trzech przesel ma postac aluminiowego, azurowego, ozdobnego odlewu, zas oparcia i siedzisko tworza drewniane prostokatne deski, znamienna tym, ze oparcie w czesci górnej jest wywiniete do wewnatrz, zas skrajne przesla tworzace podstawe maja usytuowany centralnie wzór o motywach roslinnych, jak pokazano w materiale ilustracyjnym na fig.2, zas srodkowe przeslo ma usytuowany posrodku owal, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.1 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bench intended for installation in gardens, parks, and public buildings. The essence of the design lies in its distinctive form, manifested in its shape, form, and decorative features. The bench is shown in the attached illustrations, where Figures 1 and 2 show the bench from a side view, while Figure 3 shows the bench from a front view. The bench, consisting of a seat, a backrest and a base consisting of three beams, is made of an aluminum, openwork, decorative cast, while the backrest and the seat are made of rectangular wooden boards, characterized in that the backrest is bent inwards in its upper part, and the outer beams constituting the base have a centrally located pattern with plant motifs, as shown in the illustration in fig. 2, while the middle beam has an oval located in the middle, as shown in the attached illustration in fig. 1.
