Description

Jeden z tych pieców ma wyprawe kwa¬ sowa i sluzy do przetapiania rozdrobio- nych wiórów zapomoca paliwa z dodat¬ kiem piasku. Drugi piec posiada wyprawe zasadowa i jest opalany gazem. W zbior¬ niku zas odbywa sie odsiarczanie, przy- czem zbiornik posiada wyprawe dolomi¬ towa.W kwasnym piecu spala sie wegid na CO, przyczem powietrze spalania wzboga¬ ca sie syntetycznym tlenem, W czasie sta¬ piania sie wiórów powstaje przy odpowied¬ niej temperaturze kwasny zuzel, który nie dopuszcza odsiarczania. Ilosc spalonego zelaza jest mala, gdyz w piecu panuje atmosfera redukcyjna.W piecu zasadowym stapia sie lom stalowy, wytwarzajac zuzel zasadowy, przyczem do opalania sluzy gaz wyloto¬ wy z pieca kwasnego* Plynne zelazo plynie z pieca zasado¬ wego do ikotliny pieca kwasnego, wypel¬ nionej weglem i tam mieszajac sie z zela¬ zem zaw*erajacem duzo krzemu równocze¬ snie sie nawegla, podczas gdy zasadowy zuzel odprowadza sie bezposrednio do zbiornika w celu spozytkowania go do od¬ siarczania zelaza.Zelazo z pieca kwasnego plynie potem równiez do zbiornika, przyczem jednak w kotlinie tegjo pieca nalezy utrzymywac pe¬ wien staly poziom plynnego zelaza. Wlew do zbiornika znajduje sie u góry, aby ze¬ lazo o najwyzszej temperaturze tworzylo górna warstwe plynnego zelaza, wypelnia¬ jacego zbiornik, gdyz ulatwia to odsiarcza¬ nie zelaza zasadowym zuzlem. Kwasny zuzel wypuszcza sie z pierwszego pieca nazewnatrz i miesza sie go z zasadowym zuzlem zlewanym ze zbiornika. Z tej mie¬ szaniny zuzli wyrabia sie cement. Dola¬ czony rysunek schematyczny wyjasnia o- pisany proces. Przez dysze c w kwasnym piecu a wprowadza sie powietrze wzboga¬ cone w tlen, który, z weglem wypelnia¬ jacym kotline pieca, tworzy CO, a wywia¬ zujace sie przytem cieplo sluzy do stapia¬ nia wiórów i redukcji krzemu.Zelazo splywa do kotliny d, a stad ka¬ nalem e do zbiornika f. Kwasny zuzel od¬ prowadza sie przez spust g. Gaz wyloto¬ wy przeprowadza sie z kwasnego pieca do zasadowego pieca i przewodem h, gdzie spala sie go z powietrzem wzbogaconem w tlen. Zelazo z pieca zasadowego odply¬ wa w k do kwasnego pieca, tam sie nawe¬ gla i miesza z zelazem, zawieraj acem du¬ zo krzemu, poczem spuszcza sie kanalem e do zbiornika.Zuzel z zasadowego pieca wydala sie kanalem m wprost do zbiornika, n ozna¬ cza spust zelaza., a o spust zuzla ze zbior¬ nika. Stosuje sie jeszcze w kwasnym pie¬ cu pomocniczy spust p, aby w razie prze¬ rwy w pracy mozna bylo spuscic zelazo i potem znowu piec rozpalic, wprowadza¬ jac przez spust p dodatkowe powietrze spalania. Przy rozpalaniu calego urzadze¬ nia wprowadza sie równiez powietrze spa¬ lania do zbiornika, takze przez spust. PL PL PLWhen producing cast iron from scrap steel and iron shavings in a shaft furnace, the silicon and manganese content of the resulting cast iron must be increased as economically as possible, while simultaneously reducing the sulfur content, which the cast iron absorbs from the carbon. Adding silicon requires an acid furnace lining, while desulfurization requires an alkaline lining. During the melting of the shavings, much iron is burned, which should be avoided whenever possible, without resorting to briquetting the shavings. The purpose of this invention is to satisfy these three requirements by carrying out the process in two furnaces and a tank. One of these furnaces has an acid lining and is used to melt crushed chips using fuel with added sand. The second furnace has an alkaline lining and is gas-fired. Desulfurization takes place in the tank, with the tank having a dolomite lining. In the acid furnace, carbon dioxide is burned, with the combustion air enriched with synthetic oxygen. During the melting of the chips, an acidic slag is formed at the appropriate temperature, which prevents desulfurization. The amount of iron burned is small because the furnace has a reducing atmosphere. In the basic furnace, steel scrap is melted, producing basic slag, with the exhaust gas from the acid furnace serving as fuel. Molten iron flows from the basic furnace into the acid furnace's carbon-filled basin, where it mixes with the silicon-rich iron and is simultaneously carburized, while the basic slag is discharged directly into a tank to be used for iron desulfurization. Iron from the acid furnace then also flows into the tank, but a certain constant level of liquid iron must be maintained in the basin of this furnace. The tank's inlet is located at the top so that the iron at the highest temperature forms the upper layer of liquid iron filling the tank, as this facilitates desulfurization of the iron with the basic slag. The acid slag is discharged from the first furnace to the outside and mixed with the basic slag poured from the tank. Cement is made from this slag mixture. The attached schematic diagram explains the process described. Through tuyere c in acid furnace a, oxygen-enriched air is introduced. This, together with the carbon filling the furnace bottom, forms CO2, and the heat released serves to melt the chips and reduce the silicon. The iron flows into the bottom d, and from there through conduit e to container f. The acid slag is removed through tapping g. The exhaust gas is passed from the acid furnace to the basic furnace and through conduit h, where it is burned with the oxygen-enriched air. Iron from the basic furnace flows through k into the acid furnace, where it is carburized and mixed with iron, which contains a lot of silicon, and then drained through channel e into the tank. Slag from the basic furnace is discharged through channel m directly into the tank, n denotes the iron drain, and o denotes the slag drain from the tank. An auxiliary drain p is also used in the acid furnace so that, in the event of a break in operation, the iron can be drained and the furnace can then be re-ignited, introducing additional combustion air through drain p. When firing up the entire device, combustion air is also introduced into the tank, also through the drain. PL PL PL
