Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 29 kwietnia 2005 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do artykulów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu nadana mu przez jego ksztalt i uklad linii. Przedmiot wzoru jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - uwidacznia butelke z przodu, Fig. 2 - uwidacznia butelke z boku, Fig. 3 - przedstawia widok butelki od strony dna. Natomiast fotografia Fig. 4 przedstawia widok ogólny butelki z przodu i z boku, zas Fig. 5 - uwidacznia butelke w pozycji lezacej od strony jej wierzchu oraz dna. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc zbiornikowa w ksztal- cie zblizonym do rozwijajacego sie paczka kwiatu. Jej dno ma ksztalt kola, nato- miast jej scianki sa uformowane tak, ze przekroje poprzeczne czesci zbiornikowej wyznaczone przez te scianki w miare oddalania sie od dna maja postac zblizona do elipsy o wydluzajacej sie wiekszej srednicy, stanowiacej srednice przodu bu- telki. Przy czym w widoku z przodu jeden z jej boków przez cala wysokosc czescizbiornikowej jest prosty, zas drugi mniej wiecej od polowy wysokosci tej czesci zbiornikowej jest odgiety po luku. Przednie powierzchnie scianek w tej czesci uformowane sa w ksztalt przypominajacy rozchylajace sie luski chroniace wycho- dzacy z nich paczek kwiatu, który stanowi wystep z osadzona na nim cylindryczna szyjka otoczona dwoma obwodowymi pierscieniami. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki w której dno ma ksztalt kola, natomiast jej scianki sa uformowane tak, ze przekroje poprzeczne czesci zbiornikowej wyznaczone przez te scianki w miare oddalania sie od dna maja postac zblizona do elipsy o wydluzajacej sie wiekszej srednicy, stanowiacej srednice przodu butelki. Przy czym w widoku z przodu jeden z jej bo- ków przez cala wysokosc czesci zbiornikowej jest prosty, zas drugi w górnej jej czesci, która rozciaga sie mniej wiecej od polowy wysokosci wspomnianej czesci zbiornikowej jest odgiety po luku, zas przednie powierzchnie scianek uformowane sa w ksztalt przypominajacy rozchylajace sie luski chroniace wychodzacy z nich paczek kwiatu, który stanowi wystep z osadzona na nim cylindryczna szyjka oto- czona dwoma obwodowymi pierscieniami. The industrial design is a bottle made of glass intended primarily for cosmetics. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by its shape and arrangement of lines. The design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows a view of the bottle from the bottom. Fig. 4 shows a general view of the bottle from the front and side, and Fig. 5 shows the bottle lying flat from its top and bottom. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has a reservoir section in the shape similar to an unfolding flower bud. Its bottom is circular, while its walls are formed so that the cross-sections of the reservoir portion defined by these walls, as they move away from the bottom, resemble an ellipse with an elongating, larger diameter, which is the diameter of the bottle's front. In the front view, one side is straight throughout the entire height of the reservoir portion, while the other, approximately halfway up the reservoir portion, is bent in an arc. The front surfaces of the walls in this portion are formed in a shape resembling flaring scales protecting the emerging flower bud, which forms a protrusion with a cylindrical neck mounted on it, surrounded by two circumferential rings. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir portion of the bottle, in which the bottom is circular, while its walls are formed so that the cross-sections of the reservoir portion defined by these walls, as they move away from the bottom, approximate an ellipse with an elongating, larger diameter, which is the diameter of the front of the bottle. In the front view, one of its sides is straight throughout the entire height of the reservoir portion, while the other side in the upper part, which extends from approximately halfway up the said reservoir portion, is bent in an arc, and the front surfaces of the walls are formed in a shape resembling flaring scales protecting the emerging flower bud, which is a protrusion with a cylindrical neck mounted on it, surrounded by two circumferential rings.
