Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest pluczka wiertnicza sporzadzona z niskojakosciowych ilów bentonitowych, przeznaczona do glebokich wiercen.Pluczki wiertnicze sporzadza sie obecnie z niskojakosciowych ilów bcntonitowych. Pluczka wiertnicza wedlug wynalazku zawiera do 50% koncentratu montmorillonitowego o uziarnieniu ponizej 5 mikrometrów, najkorzystniej ponizej 2 mikrometrów. Pluczka wiertnicza zawiera koncentrat montmo- rillonitowy w postaci dyspersji wodnej o dowolnym stopniu uwodnienia, który to koncentrat wystepowal uprzednio w postaci produktu wysuszonego i sproszkowanego. Pozostale parametry pluczki uzyskano nastepujace: ciezarwlasciwy 1,03 g/cm3 filtracja 18 ml gruboscosadu 0,5 mm wytrzymalosc strukturalna 0/0 j.sz. lepkosc lejkiem Marscha 14/30 sok.Dzieki dalszej obróbce chemicznej wedlug powszechnie stosowanych zasad w wiertnictwie, przy zastosowa¬ niu dodatku 0,1% NaOH oraz 0,5% glikocelu TASS-30 uzyskano bardzo dobra wytrzymalosc strukturalna pluczki poprawiajac równoczesnie pozostale jej parametry, które odpowiednio wynosza: ciezarwlasciwy 1,03 g/cm3 filtracja 8,2 ml wytrzymalosc strukturalna 5/9 j.sz. lepkosc lejkiem Marscha 20/52 sek. PLThe subject of the invention is a drilling mud made of low-quality bentonite clays, intended for deep drilling. Drilling bolts are currently made of low-quality bentonite clays. The known technology for the production of drilling muds consists in the fact that the amount of bentonite is crushed to granulation below 50 mm, it introduces an activator in the form of, for example, soda, in order to improve the parameters of the mud, and then dries and pulverizes in a ball mill. Although it has the appropriate static and dynamic viscosity and structural strength, it is also characterized by the fact that these parameters are achieved with a high concentration of clay raw material, which does not allow it to be used when drilling deep holes. The drill key according to the invention contains up to 50% of montmorillonite concentrate with a grain size of less than 5 microns, most preferably less than 2 microns. The drilling mud contains montmorillonite concentrate in the form of a water dispersion with any degree of hydration, which concentrate was previously in the form of a dried and powdered product. Foundry concentrate produced from domestic bentonite according to patent No. 63891 enriched in montmorillonite, grain size below 35 micrometers, suitable for independent use in the production of drilling mud with the following parameters: solid phase content 12 wt. solid 1 ^ 07 g / cm3 filtration 21.2 ml thickness of the sediment 1 m 3 was decoupled from 0.05 g / cm3. As shown by the research, a montmorillonite concentrate for use in accordance with the invention, obtained on a wet centrifugal separation plate from the same bentonite raw material and showing a particle size of 2 97731 below 5 micrometers, and containing no more than 90% montmorillonite alone for Drilling muds. An obstacle is the complete filterability of its aqueous suspensions under pressure through the filtration screens without leaving a sediment. In a series of experiments, it was found that the addition of montmorillonite concentrate to the currently used domestic suspension allows for a four or even six-fold reduction in the solid phase content in the mud while maintaining , relatively achieving the favorable parameters of a deep-hole mud, such as: low specific weight, low filtration, adequate static and dynamic viscosity and stability of the mud parameters over a long period of time in the required pressure and temperature ranges. The drill key according to the invention gives the possibility of drilling deep holes with minimal consumption of drilling powder and with more favorable drilling parameters. Notwithstanding the above, the cost of transporting the lithium powder is reduced by using overburden quantities from local deposits, to which a small amount of montmorillonite concentrate is added. The drill bit according to the invention is explained in the following examples: Example I. Drilling mud of powdered and activated soda of bentonite for the deposit in Chmielnik has the following properties: content of the solid phase 40 wt. heavy duty 1,326 g / cm3 filtration 18 ml sediment thickness 4 mm structural strength 30/40 units funnel viscosity March 23/51 Only with such a high solid phase content - 40%, a low filtration value is obtained. However, too high a structural strength appears, which has a negative effect on the drilling speed. On the other hand, too high a content of the solid phase causes that the mud is not suitable for drilling deep holes. Example II. Raw material with a composition of 60%; how many from the deposit in Chmielnik and 40% of montmorillinite concentrate from bentonite from the deposit in Milówki is useful for the preparation of drilling mud, while the solid phase content in this mud can be reduced to 6%, which corresponds to the requirements for deep drilling muds. The remaining parameters of the rinse were as follows: solid 1.03 g / cm3 filtration 18 ml sediment thickness 0.5 mm structural strength 0/0 Usz. Marsch funnel viscosity 14/30 juice. Thanks to further chemical treatment according to commonly used drilling principles, with the addition of 0.1% NaOH and 0.5% TASS-30 glycocel, a very good structural strength of the mud was obtained, while improving its other parameters, which are respectively: solid 1.03 g / cm3 filtration 8.2 ml structural strength 5/9 U. Marsch funnel viscosity 20/52 sec. PL
