Description
Sposób otrzymywania wedlug wynalazku apretury skrobiowej do bielizny znajduje zastosowanie w prze¬ mysle chemicznym i ziemniaczanym. Przedmiot wynalazku przedstawiony jest w nastepujacym przykladzie wykonania.Przyklad. PLThe patent description was published: April 30, 19812 99 962 of ammonium oxide and 0.1-0.6 parts by weight of sodium sulphite, based on 100 parts by weight of oxidized starch. The whole is dried with simultaneous sprouting on a roller dryer at a temperature of 120-150 ° C, the anastepitia is ground and sieved in a known manner. 0.002-0.003% optical brightener and 0.03-6.06% ultramarine based on 100 parts by weight are added to the oxidized starch. The finished product is sifted through sieves with mesh sizes not larger than 0.5 mm. As a result of the method according to the invention, a finish with many advantages is obtained, the most important of which is a low viscosity that allows even finishing of linen, obtained as a result of oxidation of potato starch with sodium hypochlorite. in the amount of 0.6-1% of active chlorine in relation to potato starch, and good cold water solubility caused by the further preparation of oxidized starch, that is, by the use of organic and inorganic additives. This finish also shows no ability to form clumps, obtained, among other things, by a suitable degree of disintegration, good adhesion and good washability from the material, and no tendency to stick to the iron during ironing. Good solubility and ease of preparation of this finish is of great importance in mechanical laundries and households. The method of obtaining starch finish for linen according to the invention is used in the chemical and potato industry. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the following embodiment. 3 tons of potato flour are poured into the reactor and 3.6 m3 of water are introduced with constant stirring. The so-prepared milk is added from the dispenser 701 of sodium hypochlorite per 1 ton of flour with the content of 0.1 kg of active chlorine per liter. The reactions lead to the disappearance of active chlorine, which is monitored with iodine starch papers, in the decreasing pH from 10.5 to 6. After the oxidation reaction is completed, the milk is dehydrated to 38% water. At this time, a mixture of chemicals is prepared in the tank in such a way that 70 kg of borax, 28 kg of boric acid, 42 kg of urea, 63 kg of ethylene oxide polymer, 5.25 kg of sulphite are successively dissolved in 0.8 m3 of water heated to 50 ° C. sodium, 30 liters of 25% ammonia solution and 0.5 kg of ultramarine and 0.021 kg of optical brightener. 1300 kg of moist volatile starch are added to the solution thus prepared. The obtained milk with a pH of 8 is dried in a roller dryer at 130 ° C. The dried product is ground and sieved through sieves with square meshes, side 0.5 mm. PL
