Abstract
The air conditioning installation includes heating (11) and cooling (14) sources connected to a circulation pipeline system (9) of the heat transfer device through a valve controlled by an air temperature sensor. The heat transfer device preheats the supply air (A) by transferring heat from exhaust air (B) into the supply air. Heating and cooling sources heat and cool the supply air and are controlled on the basis of the temperature of the air sensed by an adjusting device. The system allows selectively only heat transfer fluid (c) and/or further heating fluid (D) in an adjustable ratio or only cooling fluid (E) to enter a second heat exchanger.
