O PRESENTE INVENTO PERMITE ELIMINAR AS DESVANTAGENS HABITUALMENTE ENCONTRADAS NESTE TIPO DE DISPOSITIVOS, CUJA FONTE DE CALOR SE ENCONTRA POR BAIXO DO LOCAL DE COLOCAÇÃO DOS ALIMENTOS, LEVANDO À QUEDA DE GORDURAS OU LÍQUIDOS SOBRE A REFERIDA FONTE, PREJUDICANDO A COMBUSTÃO, ASSIM COMO À LIBERTAÇÃO POR ASCENSÃO, DE SUBSTÂNCIAS NOCIVAS PROVENIENTES DA QUEIMA, NOMEADAMENTE ANIDRIDO CARBÓNICO.
