Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor peptidalcooli, în faza solida, continând, eventual, grupe de protectie, care la capatul terminal de carbon al lantului de peptida continând doua grupe alcoolice sau o grupa alcoolica si o grupa tiolica, cu formula generala I: Y-CO-NH-CH-CHR1-XH -CH2OH în care Y reprezinta radicalul unui peptidalcool continând, eventual, înca grupe de protectie, R1 reprezinta un atom de hidrogen sau un radical metil, de preferinta metil, X reprezinta O sau S, de preferinta O, prin scindarea dintr-o rasina, si anume în scopul simplificarii fazelor de reactie, se scindeaza peptidalcoolul protejat în conditii acide dintr-o rasina care contine radicali de formilfenil, de preferinta dintr-o rasina care contine peptif'dalcoolul cu formula generala II: P-Z-O-X-CH-R1 - C-CH2-CH-CO-Y, în care P reprezinta un radical al unei rasini sintetice insolubile, de preferinta a unei rasini polistirenice sau a unei rasini de poliacrilamida, Z reprezinta o legatura directa sau un radical care leaga rasina cu grapa acetalizata de formifenil în pozitia meta-sau para- fata radicalul Z si alte grupe de formilfenil acetalizate fiind legate de o molecula a polimerului rasinii, utilizând acid trifluoracetic, la temperatura camerei.
