Abstract
Prezenta invenţie se referă la un tratament oftalmic, activ în afecţiuni oftalmologice ale corneei şi în glaucom. Produsul conform invenţiei se obţine din trufe brune de deşert, ale fungilor din genul Terfezia, care se extrag în apă demineralizată, în raport de 2-3 : 1 g/v, la 4°C, extractul se separă prin filtrare pe strat de adjuvant (celită) sau prin centrifugare şi se purifică prin ultrafiltrare pe membrane cu limita de excludere 10 kDa, permeatul obţinut fiind concentrat sub vacuum la 1/6...1/9 v/v, se adaugă clorură de benzalconiu 0,01% g/v şi clorură de sodiu 0,6% g/v, cu obţinerea unui produs ce se repartizează în flacoane sterile de 5...10 ml.
