Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unei clase de compuşi antracen-imidazolici cu activitate antituberculoasă. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în reacţia de N-alchilare a azotului N1 din imidazol, respectiv benzimidazol cu 9-clorometil-antracen, rezultând intermediarii 1-(antracenil-9-metilen)-1H-imidazol şi, respectiv, 1-(antracenil-9-metilen)-1H-benzimidazol, urmată de reacţia de cuaternizare cu omega-bromo-acetofenone Z-substituite a azotului N3 imidazolic/benzimidazolic, rezultând bromura de 1-(antracenil-9-metilen)-3-(2-(4-Z-fenil)-2-oxoetil)-1H-imidazol-3-ium şi, respectiv, bromura de 1-(antracenil-9-metilen)-3-(2-(4-Z-fenil)-2-oxoetil)-1H-benzimidazol-3-ium.
