Invenția se referă la un produs topic care are la baza un extract activ însumând compuși naturali din 51 specii vegetale, cu acțiune asupra afecțiunilor pielii care cumulează un proces inflamator cu un proces infectios, cum sunt de exemplu acneea vulgara si foliculita, si la procedeul de preparare al acestuia in doua variante de formulare.The invention refers to a topical product that is based on an active extract summing up natural compounds from 51 plant species, with action on skin conditions that combine an inflammatory process with an infectious process, such as acne vulgaris and folliculitis, and to the process of its preparation in two forms.
Asa cum se cunoaște, acneea vulgara si foliculita se aseamana prin aceea ca ambele afecțiuni se derulează cu apariția unor pustule inflamate, asociate sau nu cu un proces infectios, localizate la nivelul folicului pilos in cazul foliculitei, respectiv la nivelul glandei sebacee in cazul acneei, diferența principala dintre aceste doua afecțiuni dermatologice fiind mecanismul de apariție. Astfel, foliculita are frecvent drept cauza infecția cu Staphylococcus aureus, dar poate sa apara si in afara unei infectii microbiene; acneea juvenila are drept cauza infundarea porilor cu celulele moarte ale pielii, formarea excesiva de sebum de către glandele sebacee, urmata sau nu de infecție cu Propionibacterium acnes. Ambele afecțiuni se derulează cu pustule inflamate care, daca se infectează, se pot complica prin raspandirea inflamatiei si infecției in țesuturile adanci ale epidermului. In cazul adâncirii inflamatiei si infecției, rezulta furuncule, care se vindeca mult mai greu, lașa invariabil cicatrici permanente, vizibile si inestetice, de asemenea se poate ajunge la distrugerea foliculului pilos cu pierderea parului, in cazul particular al foliculitei. In acest context comun de locație si mecanism de derulare, se impun doua masuri majore cu efect de prevenire si tratament a pustulelor inflamate: o igiena sporita din momentul apariției primelor semne de afectare dermatologica, si intervenția locala cu un produs specializat cu efect sinergie antiinflamator, calmant si antimicrobian, pentru a nu permite adancirea si cronicizarea leziunilor acneice si de tip foliculita. Asa cum se cunoaște, vindecarea unei leziuni este un proces complex care include re-formarea straturilor țesutului pielii si controlul infecției, pentru a minimiza timpul, aspectul si cicatricile inconveniente, prin urmare se impune un produs cu efect sinergie.As is known, acne vulgaris and folliculitis are similar in that both conditions occur with the appearance of inflamed pustules, associated or not with an infectious process, located at the level of the hair follicle in the case of folliculitis, respectively at the level of the sebaceous gland in the case of acne, the main difference between these two dermatological conditions being the mechanism of occurrence. Thus, folliculitis is frequently caused by infection with Staphylococcus aureus, but it can also occur outside of a microbial infection; juvenile acne is caused by the clogging of pores with dead skin cells, the excessive formation of sebum by the sebaceous glands, followed or not by infection with Propionibacterium acnes. Both conditions develop with inflamed pustules that, if infected, can be complicated by the spread of inflammation and infection in the deep tissues of the epidermis. In the case of deepening of the inflammation and infection, boils result, which are much more difficult to heal, invariably leave permanent, visible and unsightly scars, it can also lead to the destruction of the hair follicle with hair loss, in the particular case of folliculitis. In this common context of location and unfolding mechanism, two major measures are required with the effect of prevention and treatment of inflamed pustules: increased hygiene from the moment of the appearance of the first signs of dermatological damage, and local intervention with a specialized product with an anti-inflammatory synergistic effect, soothing and antimicrobial, to prevent acne and folliculitis-type lesions from deepening and becoming chronic. As is known, the healing of an injury is a complex process that includes the re-formation of skin tissue layers and the control of infection, to minimize time, appearance and inconvenient scars, therefore a product with a synergistic effect is required.
In Romania, produsele dedicate afecțiunilor dermatologice de tip acnee sau foliculita din categoria adjuvant (produse dermatocosmetice) se găsesc in formulări de tip crema, unguent, lotiune, hidrogel, baton, plasture, etc., si au de regula ca ingredient activ extracte vegetale, frecvent din galbenele, patlagina, mușețel, amica, ori diferite opoterapice in combinație cu uleiuri grase si volatile din diferite surse vegetale. Astfel, brevetul RO 110906 Bl descrie compoziția unui unguent cu acțiune antiinflamatoare si antialgica: produsul, conform invenției este constituit din 20...72 parti extract ulei de Flos Amica sii Folium Betulae, 0,80...1,20 parti Oleum Pini, 26...50 parti baza de unguent, care este compusa din 38,50 parti ceara, 46 parti alcool cetilic, 13 parti ulei de cocos si 2,50 parti agent de emuslificare, la care se pot adauga 50 parti extract alcoolic de Flos Arnicae si Folium Betulae (rapoarte de greutate). Problema tehnica propusa spre rezolvare de către prezenta invenție consta in obținerea unui produs topic in doua variante de formulare, crema si hidrogel ușor, cumulând compuși activi naturali din 51 specii vegetale, așadar cu multiple componente active care converg către stoparea inflamatiei si infecției din zonele pielii si țesuturilor subdiacente afectate de acnee si/sau foliculita, ori pentru alte afecțiuni dermice care cumulează inflamatia cu infecția; cele doua formule pot fi avizate de către aplicantul brevetului, fie ca produse dermatocosmetice, fie ca dispozitive medicale.The technical problem proposed to be solved by the present invention consists in obtaining a topical product in two formulations, cream and light hydrogel, accumulating natural active compounds from 51 plant species, therefore with multiple active components that converge to stop inflammation and infection in the skin areas and underlying tissues affected by acne and/or folliculitis, or for other skin conditions that combine inflammation with infection; the two formulas can be approved by the patent applicant, either as dermatocosmetic products or as medical devices.

Testele analitice asupra produsului topic, in cele doua variante de formulare, si asupra extractului activ standardizat din Flori de fan au fost efectuate in conformitate cu prevederile Farmacopeei Romane, Ediția a X-a, FRX, cap.2.Analytical tests on the topical product, in the two formulation variants, and on the standardized active extract of Fennel flowers were performed in accordance with the provisions of the Romanian Pharmacopoeia, Xth Edition, FRX, chapter 2.
Pentru testarea farmacologica s-a utilizat un model in vivo, punctual modelul de edem al labei de șobolan indus cu un agent flogistic (carrageenan), si s-a realizat in contextul utilizării brevetului pentru realizarea unui produs finit de tip dispozitiv medical. Modelul de edem al labei de șobolan indus cu un agent flogistic este un model uzual, unanim acceptat pentru demonstrarea efectului antiiflamator a unui produs medicamentos la om, marimea edemului/inflamatiei fiind evaluata prin metoda pletismometriei computerizate.
