Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unor termoadezivi de tip copoliamidic prin reactia dintre acid sebacic, acid adipic, 10...30% hexametilendiamina 10....50% apa distilata sau dedurizata si 0,05 ....0,5% acid acetic timp de 1...3h la temperatura de 180....230 degree C dupa care se elimina excesul de apa din sistem pîna la egalizarea presiunii din autoclava cu cea atmosferica continuîndu-se apoi încalzirea timp de 2....4 h pana la temperatura de 220....270 degree C în final eliminîndu-se apa din mediul de reactie la vid iar polimerul fiind extras sub forma de banda granulat si macinat procedeu prin care în scopul îmbunatatirii fluxului tehnologic se efectueaza reactia direct din materiile prime ca baza în proportie de 10....30% acid sebacic si 5....20% acid adipic în raport bine determinat cu hexametilendiamina.
