Abstract
Procedeul, conform inventiei este utilizat pentru obtinerea unor prefabricate pentru încaltaminte din sticla spongioasa prin vitrifierea unui amestec de sticla pulbere cu substante care produc gaze ca de exemplu, calcar carbuni de pamînt etc., amestecul respectiv fiind încalzit pana la temperatura de topire a sticlei dupa care este dozat introdus în matrita si prin presare si solidificare sticla spongioasa capata forma cavitatii matritei care reprezinta negativul produsului care trebuie sa fie obtinut presarea sticlei spongioase în matrita realizîndu-se pe prese actionate pneumatic sau hidraulic iar caldura suplimentara rezultata în urma solidificarii sticlei spongioase este înlaturata de corpul matritei prin circulatie fortata a unui fluid de racire care circula prin canalele practicate în corpul matritei obtinîndu-se semifabricate ce pot fi folosite ca toc, talpi si alte piese pentru partea de jos a încaltamintei.
