Abstract
Inventia se refera la un agent de demulare utilizabil la demularea poliuretanului turnat în matrite, care este constituit din ceruri sintetice de tip esteric alese dintre 12-hidroxistearat de octadecil si trihidroxistearat de gliceril, ceara naturala parafinica opaca, cu punct de topire 52...54 degree C, si ceara de albine, raportul în greutate dintre componenti fiind de 3...5:16...18:2. Procedeul pentru obtinerea agentului de demulare consta în topirea, într-o prima faza, a amestecului de ceruri sub agitare la temperatura de 70 degree C, dupa care se solubilizeaza în white-spirite preîncalzit în prealabil la 70...80 degree C, în raport de aproximativ 1:2.
