Abstract
Procedeu de obtinere a vaccinului tetanic consta în faptul ca toxinele tetanice ce contin minimum 200000 unitati limita mortala pe ml, se inactiveaza la 60 degree C, timp de 30 min, se trateaza cu acid metafosforic, iar dupa centrifugare sedimentul se dizolva în tampon borat pîna la obtinerea concentratiei dorite, se conserva cu mertiolat de sodiu, se purifica cu carbune activ si se sterilizeaza.
