Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unor reactivi coaglutinati pentru identificarea serigrupurilor de streptococi hemolitici, procedeu ce consta în aceea ca o suspensie de stafilococ Cowan Tip I cu proteina A se trateaza cu ser hiperimum antistreptococioc de grup, se incubeaza se spala cu tampon dosfat salin, se dilueaza cu acelasi tampon pana la obtinerea unei concentratii dorite, dupa care se conserva prin adaugare de mertiolat de sodiu.
