Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a citratului monopotasic reactiv prin tratarea acidului citric cu un derivat alcalin de potasiu, conform caruia în scopul obtinerii unui compus incolor, se adauga acid citric într-o solutie de hidroxid de potasiu, iar peste suspensia obtinuta se adauga un volum egal de metanol, pentri cristalizarea citratului monopotasic.
