Abstract
Inventia se refera la un substrat cromogen utilizabil pentru dozarea simpla si rapida a activitatii catalitice a colagenazei si a altor enzime proteolitice, precum si la un procedeu de obtinere a substratului. Substratul colagenic se realizeaza princuplarea unor coloranti clortriazinici de colagen reticulat în prealabil cu aldehida formica, cu respectarea unui raport optim între colagen si agentul de reticulare, toate operatiile fiind efectuate la o temperatura care sa nu duca la denaturarea colagenului. Inventia permite îmbogatirea gamei substratelor cromogene cu preparate noi pentru dozarea activitatii catalitice a enzimelor proteolitice prin metode simple.
