Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a antigelului de suprafata al hepatitei B, în care plasmide bacteriene purtând regiunea de codificare a proteinei PreS1-PreS2-S, lipsite de secventa de codificare a nucleului antigenului hipatitei B, se utilizeaza pentru transfectia unor linii celulare eucariote care produc polipeptidele codificate de regiunea de codificare a proteinei PreS1-PreS2-S.
