Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de tratare alcalina a materialelor din fibre celulozice 100% si fibre celulozice în amestec cu fibre sintetice. Procedeul, conform inventiei, în scopul reducerii consumurilor energetice si cresterii productivitatii muncii, consta în aceea ca tesaturile crude sau pârlite - descleiate sau pârlite, descleiate si termofixate sunt impregnate cu o solutie alcalina continând 2...6% alcalii (raportate la greutatea uscata a materialului textil), 0,2...1% produse de udare-fierbere, pâna la 0,2% substante cu caracter reducator, eventual 1...3% emulsie de petrosin (sau alti solventi de curatire), stoarse pâna la un grad de stoarcere cuprins între 70 si 200% si supuse unui tratament termic la o temperatura între 60 si 100 degree C, o durata de 30 min si 60 min, sub actiunea unui câmp de microunde de putere 3,5...4 kw si o frecventa de 2450 KHz.
