Proizvod otporan na presecanje sastoji se od aromatskih poliamidnih mikrovlakana. Prijava sadrži još 6 zahteva.

Description

Pronalazak se odnosi na proizvode od aromatskih poliamidnih mikrovlakana otpornih na prosecanje.
Poznato je da se proizvodi otporni na prosecanje mogu izradjivati od aromatskih poliamidnih (poliaramidnih) vlakana. U DE 29713824 opisan je zaštitna rukavica obložena fleksibilnim aramidnim vlaknom. U WO 9721334 izloženi su sastavi materijala otpornih na probod u kojima su tkanja od aramidnih vlakana povezana sa polimernom celinom. Ovaj materijal je prvenstveno namenjen telesnim oklopima za zaštitu od balističkih projektila, ali je isto opisano da se materijali ovog sastava mogu koristiti protiv oštrih objekata, kao što su igle,noževi i slični, za rukavice, rukave, cipele i slično. Rukavice napravljene od poli(para-fenilen tereftalata) tkanja (p-aramidnog tkanja) su komercijalno raspoložive, naprimer, pod imenom Tv/aron® siguronosne rukavice.
I pored toga Sto su ovi proizvodi, posebno rukavice, korisne u mnogim slučajevima, i dalje postoji potreba za poboljšanjima. Ovakva poboljšanja podrazumevaju veću otpornost prema proboju i prosecanju od strane oštrih objekata, kao što su igle, noževi i slično, ali i poboljšanje komfora nošenja, slobode kretanja i povećanje elastičnosti, što su već dugo tražena poboljšanja.
Sada je pronadjeno da se predmeti otporni na prosecanje, sa poboljšanim osobinama u poredjenju sa poznatim proizvodima, mogu ostvariti koristeći mikrovlakna od aromatskog poliamida (poliaramida).
Mikrovlakna od aromatskih poliamida, kakva su poznata , naprimer iz EP 241681, gde su proizvodi napravljeni od poliaramidnih vlakana objavljeni za korišćenje u odeći koja se koriste za zaštitu od balističkih projektila. Ipak, za proizvode napravljene od poliaramidnih vlakana nije poznato da imaju poboljšane osobine u odnosu na otpornost protiv prosecanja i komfor nošenja.
Sadašnji pronalazak se zato odnosi na proizvode napravljene od poliaramidnih vlakana, a posebno na rukavice, rukave i zaštitnu odeću od prosecanja, u opštem slučaju. Mogu se koristiti tkanine, tkanja ili valjani materijali. Da bi se poboljšale performanse može se primeniti više slojeva, i, ako se zahteva, dodatni slojevi od različitog materijala, naprimer, metaliziranih materijala, zbog dodatne zaštite od toplote.
Aromatski poliamid (poliaramid) može biti bilo koji aromatski poliamid, kao što je dobijen polimerizacijom jednog aromatskog diamina i aromatskog di-acid hlorida. Više se preporučuju para-aromatski poliamidi, a najviše se preporučuje poli (para-fenilen tereftalat) (PPD-T), koji se može dobiti iz p-fenilendiamina i tereftalol hlorida.
Aromatski poliamid je upreden u mikrovlakna na način koji je poznat u struci i upredeno vlakno se može koristiti kao vlaknasto predivo, elastično predivo ili, što je još bolje, upredeno tkanje vlaknaste gradje. Upredeno tkanje, prema ovom pronalasku, može se napraviti bilo kojim odgovarajućim procesom predenja, izmedju kojih se mogu navesti oni procesi predenja, kao što su kružni sistemi za predenje i otvoreni procesi predenja za pamuk, češljanu vunu i vunu. Ako se koriste vlaknasta gradja za proizvodnju proizvoda otpornih na prosecanje, preporučuju se da se koriste vlakna dužine izmedju 38 i 100 mm.
Mikrovlakna imaju finoću od najmanje 1,3 dteksa (l^lO""<4>, g/m) ili još povoljnije manju od vrednosti jednake ili manje od 1,0 dteksa (10"<*>, g/m).
Proizvodi otporni na prosecanje, prema ovom pronalasku, kao što su rukavice, proizvedeni su, naprimer, iz prediva dobijenih upredanjem aromatskih poliamidnih mikro-vlakana.
Prediva, prema sadašnjem pronalasku, su otpornija na prosecanje u poredjenju sa standardnim predivom sa finoćom iznad 1,3 dteksa (1,3x10^, g/m). Ako su rukavice napravljene od ovih mikro-vlakana, rukavice imaju bolji konfor nošenja u poredjenju sa rukavicama sa standardnim vlaknima Rukavice napravljene od ovih mikro-vlakana su elastičnije i time omogućavaju korisniku dobar komfor nošenja. Zbog toga su ove rukavice takodje izvanredne za ispunjavanje postavljenih zahteva .
Pronalazak je nadalje ilustrovan sledećim eksperimentima.
Uporedjivani su upredeni uzorci od standardnog ispredenog prediva i od ispredenog prediva od mikro-vlakana. Otpornost na prosecanje je utvrdjivana na osnovu standarda DIN EN 388:
Zaključak : najmanji indeks je veći za predivo od mikrovlakana, nego za standradno predivo. Performanse su uvek bolje za predivo od mikrovlakana. Tamo gde su vrednosti performansi istog broja prema DIN EN 388, standardni uzorak je na donjoj granici, a uzorak mikro-vlakana na gornjoj granici nivoa performansi.
Štaviše, ispredena tkanina od mikro.vlakana je mnogo mekša i imaju finiju "ruku" u poredjenju sa tkaninom od standardnih vlakana sa 1,7 dteksa.
Dodatno su ispitivane mehaničke karakteristike prediva od mikro.vlakana i standardnih vlakana. Kao što se može uočiti iz donjih tablica otpornost je osetno poboljšana za predivo od mikro-elemenata Veruje se da je veća otpornost na istezanje prediva od mikro-elemenata odgovorna za poboljšanu otpornost na prosecanje tkanina napravljenih od mikro-elemenata. Elastičnost je odredjena prema DIN 53362. Elastičnost, označena savojnom krutošću, je mera za " zahvat" i elastičnost rukavica.
Zaključak : Otpornost je znatno poboljšana za vlaknastu gradju od mikrovlakana , pri čemu je u svim slučajevima utvrdjena poboljšana savojna krutost rukavica napravljene od mikro-vlakana.

2. Proizvod otporan na prosecanje, prema Zahtevu 1, sastoji se od para-aramidnih mikrovlakana.
3 Proizvod otporan na prosecanje, prema Zahtevu 2, sastoji še od poh(para-fenilen terftalata) mikrovlakana.
4. Proizvod otporan na prosecanje, prema bilo kom od Zahteva 1-3, naznačen je time, što je finoća mikro-vlakana jednaka ili manja od 1,3 dteksa (1,3 . IO"4, g/m).
5. Proizvod otporan na prosecanje, prema bilo kom od Zahteva 1-4, naznačen je time, što si mikro-vlakna u obliku vlaknaste gradje dužine izmedju 38 i 100 mm.
6. Proizvod otporan na prosecanje, prema bilo kom od Zahteva 1-4, naznačen je time, što su mikrovlakna u obliku elastičnog prediva ili prediva od veoma dugačkih vlakana.
7. Proizvod otporan na prosecanje, prema bilo kom od Zahteva 1-6, naznačen je time, što je proizvod ruklavica.
