Claims (20)
1. Štamparska boja za postupak štampanja čeličnim kalupom sa gravurom, koja obuhvata polimersko organsko vezivno sredstvo i infracrveni apsorbujući materijal, pri čemu navedena štamparska boja ima testastu čvrstoću sa vrednošću viskoziteta pri 40 °C od najmanje 3 Pa s, poželjno je najmanje 5 Pa s, naznačena time da navedeni infracrveni apsorbujući materijal obuhvata jedinjenje prelaznog elementa i da je infracrvena apsorpcija posledica elektronskih prelaza u d-omotaču atoma ili jona prelaznih elemenata; navedeni IC apsorbujući materijal je prisutan u koncentraciji u opsegu od 10% do 50%, poželjnije od 20% do 50%, težinskih delova štamparske boje, i obuhvata atome ili jone IC apsorbujućih prelaznih elemenata pri koncentraciji od 10% ili većoj, poželjno je 20% ili većoj, poželjnije 40% ili više, težinski, i navedeni IC apsorbujući materijal apsorbuje u NIR opsegu (700 nm do 1100 nm), gde je njegova CIE (1976) vrednost odbijanja svetlosti od difuzionih površina (L*) veća od 70, poželjno je veća od 80, izmereno na čistom prahu, pri čemu bi trebalo da bude transparentan u nekom opsegu između 1100 nm i 2500 nm.
2. Štamparska boja prema patentnom zahtevu 1, gde je naveden prelazni element odabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, i Cu.

4. 5. Štamparska boja prema bilo kom patentnom zahtevu od 1 do 3, gde je infracrveni apsorbujući materijal koji obuvata jon ili jone IC apsorbujućeg prelaznog elementa kristalno jedinjenje, koje se sastoji od jednog ili više katjona i jednog ili više anjona.
6. Štamparska boja prema patentnom zahtevu 5, gde se anjon odabire iz grupe koja se sastoji od fosfata (PO4<3->), vodonik fosfata (HPO4<2->), pirofosfata (P2O7<4->) metafosfata (P3O9<3->), polifosfata, silikata (SiO4<4->), kondenzovanih polisilikata; titanata (TiO3<2->), kondenzovanih polititanata, vanadata (VO4<3->), kondenzovanih polivanadata, molibdata (Mo04<2->), kondenzovanih polimolibdata, tungstata (WO4<2->), kondenzovanih politungstata, fluorida (F-), oksida (O2-), i hidroksida (OH-).
7. Štamparska boja prema jednom od patentnih zahteva 5 ili 6, gde je infracrveni apsorbujući materijal odabran iz grupe jedinjenja koja se sastoji od bakar (II) fluorida (CuF2), bakar hidroksifluorida (CuFOH), bakar hidroksida (Cu(OH)2), bakar fosfata (Cu3(PO4)2*H2O), anhidrovanog bakar fosfata (Cu3(PO4)2), osnovnog bakar(II) fosfata Cu2PO4 (OH) (libetenit), Cu3(PO4) (OH)3 (kornetit), Cu5 (PO4)3 (OH)4 (pseudomalahit), CuAl6(PO4)4(OH)8-5H2O (tirkiz), bakar (II) pirofosfata (Cu2(P2O7)*3H2O), anhidrovanog bakar (II) pirofsfata (Cu2 (P2O7)), bakar(II) metafosfata (Cu3(P3O9)2), gvožđe (II) fluorida (FeF2*4H2O), anhidrovanog gvođe (II) fluorida (FeF2)1 gvožđe (II) fosfata (Fe3(PO4)2*8H2O1 vivianit), litijum gvožđe (II) fosfata (LiFePO4, trifilit), natrijum gvožđe (II) fosfata (NaFePO4, maricit), gvožđe(II) silikata (Fe2SiO4, fajalit; FexMg2_xSiO4, olivin), gvožđe (II) karbonata (FeCO3, ankerit, siderit); nikl (II) fosfata (Ni3(PO4)2*8H2O), titanijum (III) metafosfata (Ti(P3O9)), Ca2Fe(PO4)2*4H2O, (anapait), i MgFe (PO4)F, (vagnerit).
8. Štamparska boja prema bilo kom patentnom zahtevu 1 do 3, gde je infracrveni apsorbujući materijal atoma ili jona IC apsorbujućih prelaznih elemenata vezan za komponentu polimernog vezivnog sredstva štamparske boje.
9. Štamparska boja prema patentnom zahtevu 8, gde polimersko vezivno sredstvo štamparske boje sadrži specifična vezivna mesta za jone prelaznih elemenata, poželjno je za Cu<2+,>i/ili za Fe<2+>.
10. Štamparska boja prema patentnom zahtevu 9, gde su navedena vezivna mesta fosfatne grupe, koje su unakrsno povezane u, ili usađene na polimersku osnovu.
11. Štamparska boja prema bilo kom patentnom zahtevu 1 do 3, gde je infracrveni apsorbujući materijal IC apsorbujuća kompleks atoma ili jona prelaznih elemenata i vezivnog mesta sadržanog u polimeru, poželjan je organski tiokarbamid-bakar(II) kompleks rastvoren u vezivnom sredstvu.
12. Štamparska boja prema patentnom zahtevu 1, koja obuhvata dodatni IC apsorber, gde je navedeni dodatni IC apsorber organsko jedinjenje.
13. Štamparska boja prema patentnom zahtevu 12, gde navedeni dodatni IC apsorber pokazuje uži IC apsorpcioni maksimum od IC apsorbujućeg materijala na bazi prelaznog metala.
14. Postupak proizvodnje štamparske boje za postupak štampanja čeličnim kalupom sa gravurom prema jednom od patentnih zahteva od 1 do 13, koji obuhvata infracrven apsorbujući materijal koji sadrži jedinjenje prelaznog elementa, čija je infracrvena apsorpcija posledica elektronskih prelaza u d-omotaču atoma ili jona navedenog prelaznog elementa, gde je navedeni IC apsorbujući materijal prisutan u koncentraciji u opsegu od 10% do 50%, poželjnije od 20% do 50%, težinskih delova štamparske boje, i obuhvata atome ili jone IC apsorbujućih prelaznih elemenata pri koncentraciji od 10% ili većoj, poželjno je 20% ili većoj, poželjnije 40% ili više, težinski, i navedeni IC apsorbujući materijal apsorbuje u NIR opsegu (700 nm do 1100 nm), gde je njegova CIE (1976) vrednost odbijanja svetlosti od difuzionih površina (L*) veća od 70, poželjno je veća od 80, izmereno na čistom prahu, pri čemu bi trebalo da bude transparentan u nekom opsegu između 1100 nm i 2500 nm, u polimerno organsko jedinjenje, zajedno sa daljim materijalima po izboru.
