Claims (10)

PATENTNI ZAHTEVI
1. Spojena struktura, gde ta spojena struktura sadrži čeličnu komponentu i komponentu legure aluminijuma spojenu sa njom i gde je komponenta legure aluminijuma napravljena od legure aluminijuma koja sadrži sledeći sastav, gde su sve vrednosti iskazane u masenim %:
Si 0.25 - 1.5
Cu 0.3 -1.5
Fe do 0.5
Mg <0.1
Mn do 0.2
dok je u preostalom aluminijumu svaka od neizbežnih nečistoća manja ili jednaka 0.05, ili su sve ukupno manje ili jednake 0.15.
2. Spojena struktura prema patentnom zahtevu 1, u kojoj je zona granice dodira faza između čelične komponente i komponente legure aluminijuma naznačena slojem FeAl, neposredno uz čeličnu komponentu.
3. Proizvod od kompozitnog aluminijumskog lima, koji sadrži jezgreni sloj i najmanje jedan pokrivni sloj, naznačen time što ovaj najmanje jedan pokrivni sloj predstavlja legura aluminijuma koja sadrži sledeći sastav, gde su sve vrednosti iskazane u masenim %:
Si 0.25 - 1.5
Cu 0.3 -1.5
Fe do 0.5
Mg <0.1
Mn do 0.2
dok je u preostalom aluminijumu svaka od neizbežnih nečistoća manja ili jednaka 0.05, ili su sve ukupno manje ili jednake 0.15.
4. Proizvod od kompozitnog aluminijumskog lima prema patentnom zahtevu 3, u kome je jezgreni sloj načinjen od legure koja se bira iz grupe legura serije 5XXX i 6XXX.
5. Proizvod od kompozitnog aluminijumskog lima prema patentnom zahtevu 4, u kome je jezgreni sloj načinjen od legure izabrane iz grupe koja se sastoji od AA6016, AA6016A, AA6014, AA6011, AA6111, AA6009, AA6010, AA6022 i AA6451.
6. Proizvod od kompozitnog aluminijumskog lima prema patentnom zahtevu 4, u kome je jezgreni sloj načinjen od legure izabrane iz grupe koja se sastoji od AA5005, AA5152,
AA5052, AA5018, AA5454, AA5754, AA5056, AA 5456, AA5182, AA5186, AA5059,
AA5083 i AA5383.
7. Spojena struktura, pri čemu ta spojena struktura sadrži čeličnu komponentu i komponentu legure aluminijuma spojenu sa njom, naznačena time što je ta komponenta legure aluminijuma načinjena od proizvoda kompozitnog aluminijumskog lima u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahteva 3 do 6.
8. Postupak pravljenja spojene strukture, pri čemu ta spojena struktura sadrži čeličnu komponentu i aluminijumsku komponentu, a ta čelična i aluminijumska komponenta su spojene toplotnim procesom koji dovodi do toga da se bar jedan deo aluminijumske komponente rastopi, naznačen time što je aluminijumska komponenta napravljena od legure koja sadrži sledeći sastav, gde su sve vrednosti iskazane u masenim %:
Si 0.25 - 1.5
Cu 0.3 -1.5
Fe do 0.5
Mg <0.1
Mn do 0.2
dok je u preostalom aluminijumu svaka od neizbežnih nečistoća manja ili jednaka 0.05, ili su sve ukupno manje ili jednake 0.15.
9. Postupak pravljenja spojene strukture, pri čemu ta spojena struktura sadrži čeličnu komponentu i aluminijumsku komponentu, a ta čelična i aluminijumska komponenta su spojene toplotnim procesom koji dovodi do toga da se bar jedan deo aluminijumske komponente rastopi, naznačen time što je aluminijumska komponenta napravljena od proizvoda kompozitnog aluminijumskog lima, prema bilo kom od patentnih zahteva 3 do 6.
10. Postupak prema patentnim zahtevima 8 ili 9, naznačen time što je pomenuti toplotni proces lasersko zavarivanje.
