PLASTIČNI LOPTASTI VENTIL SA RADIJALNO - AKSIJALNIM
ZAPTIVAČEM
Oblast tehnike na koju se pronalazak odnosi
Pronalazak pripada oblasti armature za hemijsku industriju.
Tehnički problem
Pronalazak rešava problem zaptivanja plastičnih loptastih ventila ali na drugačiji, jednostavniji način nego kako se to do sada radilo.
Stanje tehnike
Postojeći plastični loptasti ventili u kućištu imaju deo, nosač zaptivača, na kome se nalaze tri zaptivača. Prvi je najčešće od teflona, naleže na loptu ventila i nije bitan za ovo razmatranje, drugi je od kiselootporne gume ili vitona i naleže na kućište ventila (radijalno statičko zaptivanje) a treći, koji je takođe od kiselootporne gume ili vitona, naleže na spojnicu ventila za koju se spaja cevovod (aksijalno statičko zaptivanje). Sa tim zaptivačima, izuzimajući zaptivač vratila ventila koji takođe nije bitan za ovo razmatranje, plastičnim loptastim ventilima omogućeno je normalno funkcionisanje uz zaptivanje svih mesta gde mogu nastati procurivanja van ventila. Znači, ovakva konstrukcija plastičnih loptastih ventila, a za ovo razmatranje bitna, ima dva mesta na kojima se sa dva zaptivača sprečava procurivanje.
Izlaganje suštine pronalaska
Pronalazak se sastoji od spojnice (1), holenderske navrtke (2), kućišta ventila (3), nosača zaptivača X-4X lopte (5), vratila (6), ručice (7), radijalno - aksijalnog zaptivača od kiselootporne gume ili vitona (8), zaptivača lopte od teflona (9) i zaptivača vratila od kiselootporne gume ili vitona (10).
Kod plastičnog loptastog ventila sa radijalno - aksijalnim zaptivačem kućište ventila i nosač zaptivača su tako konstruisani da se radijalno i alsijalno procurivanje, za razliku od klasičnih plastičnih ventila kod kojih se ono sprečava na dva mesta sa dva zaptivača, ovde sprečava samo najednom mestu i to sa jednim zaptivačem.

Plastični loptasti ventili nalaze primenu svuda gde se radi sa agresivnim tečnim fluidima a naročito u hemijskoj i farmaceutskoj industriji, u metalurškim kombinatima, u laboratorijama fakulteta i instituta i td
Plastični loptasti ventil sa radijalno - aksijalnim zaptivačem sastoji se od spojnice (1), holenderske navrtke (2), kućišta ventila (3), nosača zaptivača (4), lopte (5), vratila (6), ručice (7), radijalno - aksijalnog zaptivača od kiselootporne gume ili vitona (8), zaptivača lopte od teflona (9) i zaptivača vratila od kiselootporne gume ili vitona (10).
Za rad ventila karakteristična su tri položaja lopte ventila: 1) lopta zatvara ceo otvor u nosaču zaptivača - ventil je zatvoren, 2) lopta zatvara deo otvora u nosaču zaptivača - ventil reguliše protok fluida i 3) lopta uopšte ne zatvara otvor u nosaču zaptivača - ventil je otvoren.
Usled pritiska, agresivni tečni fluid može procuriti van instalacije između spojnice i nosača zaptivača, kada je ventil zatvoren i između kućišta ventila i nosača zaptivača, kada ventil reguliše protok. Da bi se procurivanje sprečilo na ta dva mesta postavljaju se zaptivači od kiselootporne gume ili vitona.
Kod plastičnog loptastog ventila sa radijalno - aksijalnim zaptivačem kućište ventila i nosač zaptivača su tako konstruisani da se radijalno i alsijalno procurivanje sprečava samo na jednom mestu i to sa jednim zaptivačem. To praktično znači da ovde jedan zaptivač istovremeno naleže i zaptiva površine od tri dela, od kućišta ventila, nosača zaptivača i od spojnice pa time sprečava sva procurivanja van ventila.
Način industrijske ili druge primene pronalaska
Pronalazak se može primeniti svuda gde se vrši manipulacija ili skladištenje agresivnih tečnih fluida.

- Plastični loptasti ventil sa radijalno - aksijalnim zaptivačem sastoji se od spojnice (1), holenderske navrtke (2), kućišta (3), nosača zaptivača (4), lopte (5), vratila (6), ručice (7), zaptivača lopte od teflona (9) i zaptivača vratila od kiselootporne gume ili vitona (10),naznačen time,što se zaptivanje između spojnice (1), nosača zaptivača (4) i kućišta ventila (3) ostvaruje samo sa jednim, radijalno - aksijalnim zaptivačem (8) koji istovremeno naleže na površine sva ta tri dela i time sprečava procurivanje agresivnog tečnog fluida van ventila.
