Opis
Oblast tehnike
[0001] Pronalazak se odnosi na oblast tehnike plastičnih ambalažnih kesa, kao što su na primer ambalažne kese za prehrambene proizvode.
[0002] Tačnije, pronalazak nalazi povoljnu primenu u oblasti kesa napravljenih od fleksibilnog plastičnog materijala, posebno dobijenih od trake filma debljine manje od približno 200 µm.
[0003] Ova vrsta kesa sadrži najmanje, i na dobro poznat način, prednji zid i zadnji zid čije su bočne ivice eventualno povezane umecima, dno i otvor za punjenje.
[0004] Pronalazak se posebno odnosi na postupak za proizvodnju ambalažne kese ovog tipa, kao i na poboljšanu ambalažnu kesu.
Stanje tehnike
[0005] Postupak za proizvodnju ambalažne kese koja sadrži najmanje prednji zid i zadnji zid, opciono povezane umecima, dno i otvor za punjenje poznat je iz stanja tehnike.
[0006] Uopšteno govoreći, kesa je napravljena od najmanje jednog plastičnog filma sačinjenog od kompleksa OPP (orijentisani polipropilen)/PE (polietilen) ili PET (polietilen tereftalat)/PE, pri čemu je u oba slučaja PE postavljen tako da formira unutrašnju stranu filma, a samim tim i unutrašnjost kese, a PET ili OPP je postavljen tako da formira spoljašnju stranu filma, a samim tim i spoljašnjost kese.
[0007] Zatim, i dalje na konvencionalan način, postupak za proizvodnju kese uključuje obrazovanje najmanje jedne linije zavarivanja na najmanje jednom od prednjeg ili zadnjeg zida kese.
[0008] U stanju tehnike, ova linija zavarivanja se obrazuje pomoću uređaja za vruće utiskivanje koji se primenjuje na spoljašnju stranu i ima tendenciju da vizuelno naruši pomenutu spoljašnju stranu.
[0009] Osim toga, nedostatak kesa napravljenih od kompleksa OPP/PE ili PET/PE predstavlja to što ih je teško reciklirati korišćenjem tehnika mehaničke reciklaže.
[0010] Dokument EP0135649 opisuje postupak za proizvodnju ambalažne kese čije recikliranje može da se olakša.
Izlaganje pronalaska
[0011] Jedan od ciljeva pronalaska je stoga otklanjanje gore navedenih problema obezbeđivanjem postupka za proizvodnju ambalažne kese, kao i ambalažne kese čiji vizuelni i estetski kvaliteti nisu narušeni nakon različitih postupaka zavarivanja koji se izvode da bi se formirala kesa.
[0012] Drugi cilj je da se obezbedi takva kesa čija je mehanička reciklaža olakšana.
[0013] Da bi se rešili gore navedeni problemi, razvijen je proizvodni postupak u skladu sa predmetom 1. patentnog zahteva.
[0014] Iz gore navedenog, postupak za proizvodnju je jednostavan, linije zavarivanja su napravljene delovanjem samo na spoljnu stranu filma, bez narušavanja estetike kese.
[0015] Podnosilac zahteva je odabrao ovaj temperaturni opseg jer, pored gore pomenute prednosti, omogućava odabir materijala za spoljašnju i unutrašnju stranu filma koji imaju relativno slično i uniformno ponašanje. Iz toga sledi da kompatibilnost između materijala olakšava mehaničko recikliranje kese. Pored toga, unutrašnja i spoljašnja strana kese su prilično slične, što poboljšava opštu estetiku kese.
[0016] Prema pronalasku, plastični film je višeslojan u obliku kompleksa, a da bi se omogućila reciklaža plastičnog filma, napravljen je od jednog materijala. U ovoj konfiguraciji, estetika je optimalna, a mehaničko recikliranje može da se postigne na jednostavan način.
[0017] Postoji nekoliko tehnika za podešavanje temperature omekšavanja spoljašnje strane i temperature topljenja unutrašnje strane tako da njihova razlika bude između 20 °C i 60 °C. Na primer, gustina unutrašnje strane može da bude niža od gustine spoljašnje strane. Na primer, gustina unutrašnje strane može da bude između 0.8 g/cm3 i 0.92 g/cm3, isključujući aditiv, a gustina spoljašnje strane može da bude između 0.92 g/cm3 i 0.97 g/cm3.
[0018] Kada se govori o „spoljašnjoj strani“ ili „unutrašnjoj strani“ kod filma sačinjenog od jednog sloja, misli se na maksimalno 50% njegove debljine, poželjno 15%.
[0019] Da bi se razlikovale gustine između spoljašnje i unutrašnje strane višeslojnog filma od jednog materijala, moguće je delovati posebno na istezanje materijala. Drugim rečima, spoljašnja strana može da bude napravljena od polimernog materijala rastegnutog monoaksijalno ili biaksijalno, da bi se povećala njegova gustina.
[0020] Istezanje polietilena znači da je potrebno više energije da bi se spoljašnji sloj omekšao i konačno rastopio. Zbog toga je potrebno duže vreme topljenja i/ili viša temperatura da bi se postiglo topljenje navedenog spoljašnjeg sloja, što mu omogućava optimalno podnošenje postupaka zavarivanja, bez degradacije.
[0021] U skladu sa posebnim primerima izvođenja, temperatura omekšavanja spoljašnje strane je između 120 °C i 140 °C, poželjno 130 °C, temperatura topljenja unutrašnje strane je poželjno između 80 °C i 100 °C, poželjno 90 °C.
[0022] U posebnom primeru izvođenja postupka, i tokom formiranja kese, umeci mogu da se, na poznat način, uzdužno presaviju i ubace između prednjeg i zadnjeg zida kese. U drugoj konfiguraciji, umeci mogu da se pričvrste. Linije zavarivanja koje dakle omogućavaju da se umeci pričvrste na prednji i zadnji zid se tada obrazuju duž uzdužnih ivica umetaka, koje naležu jedna na drugu, pomoću uređaja za vruće utiskivanje koji deluje samo na prednji i/ili zadnji zid.
[0023] U ovoj konfiguraciji, a da bi se izbegao bilo kakav rizik od narušavanja spoljašnje strane kese tokom zavarivanja umetaka, postupak prema pronalasku obezbeđuje da traka od materijala sa termoizolacionim svojstvima, na primer napravljena od politetrafluoroetilena, može da se postavi između uzdužnih ivica savijenih umetka tako da, tokom postupka zavarivanja, svaka od pomenutih uzdužnih ivica leži na traci, konkretno na obe strane trake.

Detaljan opis pronalaska
[0026] Pozivajući se na sliku 1, pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za proizvodnju kese (1) tipa koji sadrži, na poznat način, najmanje prednji zid (2) i zadnji zid (3), čije bočne ivice su eventualno povezane umecima (4), dno (5) i otvor (6) za punjenje.
[0027] Postupak koji omogućava oblikovanje kese (1) kao takav je poznat iz stanja tehnike i može se izvesti na nekoliko mogućih načina. On neće biti detaljnije opisan.
[0028] Pozivajući se na sliku 3, pronalazak se posebno fokusira na činjenicu da je kesa (1) napravljena od plastičnog filma (7) koji ima unutrašnju stranu (8) koja je predviđena za postavljanje u unutrašnjosti kese (1) i spoljašnju stranu (9) namenjenu za postavljanje na spoljašnjosti kese (1), čija razlika između temperature omekšavanja spoljašnje strane (9) i temperature topljenja unutrašnje strane (8) iznosi između 20 °C i 60 °C.

Patentni zahtevi
1. Postupak za proizvodnju ambalažne kese (1) koja sadrži najmanje prednji zid (2) i zadnji zid (3), opciono povezane umecima (4), dno (5) i otvor (6) za punjenje, pri čemu je kesa (1) napravljena od najmanje jednog plastičnog filma (7) koji ima unutrašnju stranu (8) namenjenu da se postavi u unutrašnjosti kese (1) i spoljašnju stranu (9) namenjenu da se postavi na spoljašnjosti kese (1), gde postupak podrazumeva obrazovanje najmanje jedne linije zavarivanja na najmanje jednom od prednjeg zida (2) ili zadnjeg zida (3), plastični film (7) je višeslojan, a razlika između temperature omekšavanja spoljašnje strane (9) i temperature topljenja unutrašnje strane (8) je u rasponu između 20 °C i 60 °C, tako da se linija zavarivanja obrazuje na difuznoj temperaturi zavarivanja u rasponu između temperature omekšavanja spoljašnje strane (9) i temperature topljenja unutrašnje strane (8), pomoću uređaja (10) za toplo utiskivanje koji se primenjuje na spoljašnju stranu (9), topljenjem unutrašnje strane (8) bez omekšavanja ili narušavanja spoljašnje strane (9), naznačen time što je plastični film (7) sačinjen od jednog materijala.

4. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, naznačen time što je temperatura topljenja unutrašnje strane (8) između 80 °C i 100 °C, poželjno 90 °C.
5. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, naznačen time što je difuzna temperatura zavarivanja 115 °C.
6. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahteva, naznačen time što linija/linije zavarivanja omogućava/omogućavaju zatvaranje dna (5) i/ili otvora (6) kese (1) i/ili učvršćivanje ivica umetaka (4) i/ili pričvršćivanje umetaka (4 ) na prednji zid (2) i zadnji zid (3).

8. Postupak prema zahtevu 7, naznačen time što se traka (11) materijala sa termoizolacionim svojstvima postavlja između presavijenih uzdužnih ivica umetaka (4) tako da, tokom postupka zavarivanja, svaka od pomenutih uzdužnih ivica naleže na traku (11).
9. Ambalažna kesa (1) koja sadrži najmanje prednji zid (2) i zadnji zid (3), opciono povezane umecima (4), dno (5) i otvor (6) za punjenje, pri čemu je kesa (1) napravljena od najmanje jednog višeslojnog plastičnog filma (7) koja ima unutrašnju stranu (8) postavljenu u unutrašnjosti kese (1) i spoljašnju stranu (9) postavljenu na spoljašnjosti kese (1), i gde je razlika između temperature omekšavanja spoljašnje strane (9) i temperatura topljenja unutrašnje strane (8) u rasponu između 20 °C i 60 °C, naznačena time što je plastični film (7) sačinjen od jednog materijala.
