[0005] Pronalazak se odnosi na suvu smešu cementno-plastične košuljice koja se može koristiti u građevinarstvu. Pronalazak spada u oblast građevinarstva.
[0007] Stanje tehnike
[0009] Trenutno su proizvodi na bazi cementa, kvarcnog peska i kamena, granita ili mermernih granula, kao što je npr. teraco, opšte poznati u oblasti građevinarstva i kamenorezaštva. Teraco je kompozitni materijal, izliven na licu mesta ili prefabrikovan, koji se koristi za obradu podova i zidova. Sadrži komadića mermera, kvarca, granita, stakla, ili drugog odgovarajućeg materijala, izlivenih cementnim vezivom (za hemijsko vezivanje), polimernim (za fizičko vezivanje), ili kombinacijom oba.
[0010] Dokument RU 2739910 C1 je poznat u oblasti tehnike, koji opisuje polimercementnu suvu građevinsku smešu koja sadrži portland cement, polimerno vezivo, pesak, staklena vlakna i modifikator. Polimerno vezivo je redispergujući polivinil acetatni polimerni prah ili polivinil acetatni kopolimeri.
[0011] Dvokomponentni brzovezujući plastični cement je takođe poznat iz dokumenta CN 112063160 A, gde je prva komponenta polietar poliol, agens za stvrdnjavanje, površinski hidroksilovani modifikovani parafin, zgušnjivač i čvrsto punilo. Druga komponenta je polietar poliol, katalizator, agens za umrežavanje, parafin modifikovan površinskom hidroksilnom grupom, zgušnjivač i čvrsta supstanca. Parafin sa određenim sadržajem hidroksila se uvodi u ove dve komponente.
[0012] [0005] GB 2525454 stavlja na uvid javnosti građevinski materijal, a posebno građevinski materijal koji sadrži otpadni plastični materijal. Građevinski materijal može se koristiti u nizu primena za zamenu tradicionalnog betona ili cementa. Građevinski materijal sadrži cementni materijal i agregat u obliku čestica, pri čemu cementni materijal čini 20-30% po zapremini suvih sastojaka
građevinskog materijala, a agregat u obliku čestica čini 70-80% po zapremini suvih sastojaka građevinskog materijala, i pri čemu agregat u obliku čestica sadrži 25-100% po zapremini čestica plastičnog materijala, a agregat sadrži 10-75% po zapremini čestica koje imaju veličinu 0,1-2 mm i 25-90% po zapremini čestica koje imaju veličinu 2-10 mm.
[0013] Erhan Güneyisi i saradnici "Cement and Concrete Research 34 (2004) 2309-2317 stavljaju na uvid javnosti svojstva gumiranih betona koji sadrže pirogenu siliku.
[0014] Takođe su postojale tendencije da se akrilatni gumeni asfalt meša u cement, kao što je slučaj sa malim patentom SK 1692 U, kako bi se smanjila nasipna gustina, povećala svojstva toplotne izolacije i osigurala vodonepropusnost.
[0015] Poznata je i građevinska smeša koja sadrži cement i papirnu pulpu, kao što je opisano u malom patentu SK 4239 U, što štedi na troškovima proizvodnje i smanjuje masu proizvoda.
[0016] Međutim, nijedan od gore navedenih proizvoda nije pogodan za izradu podnih košuljica.
[0017] Problem cementnih smeša, koji još nije u potpunosti istražen, trenutno je podstakao potrebu za projektovanjem takvog sastava cementne smeše koji bi takođe omogućio ekološku upotrebu i potrošnju plastičnog otpada. Rezultat ovog napora je suva smeša cementno-plastične košuljice opisana u predmetnom pronalasku.
[0019] Suština pronalaska
[0021] Gore pomenuti problem smeša cementnih košuljica rešava se predloženom (suvom) smešom cementno-plastične košuljice prema pronalasku. Suština pronalaska leži u činjenici da, u zavisnosti od sastava, sadrži usitnjenu plastiku, poželjno koja se ne može dalje reciklirati. Moguće je koristiti plastiku svih vrsta, poželjno sa veličinom čestica od 1 mm do 20 mm, ili čak većom veličinom čestica, ili seckane plastične trake, osim plastičnih peleta. Takođe je potreban cement, npr., portland sivi ili beli sa čvrstoćom od 32,5 MPa do 52,5 MPa, kvarcni pesak sa veličinom čestica od 0,2 mm do 0,8 mm, praškasti superplastifikator 10/40, šljunak sa veličinom čestica 0/4 i pirogena silika (mikrosilika) SiO<2>.
[0022] Portland sivi i portland beli predstavljaju istorijske nazive za cement koji se može koristiti kao sinonim za hidraulično vezivo.
[0023] U skladu sa predmetnim pronalaskom, superplastifikator može biti baziran na ili može sadržati ili može biti napravljen od melamin formaldehida i/ili može ispunjavati standard EN 934-2 2019+A1:2012.
[0024] Ova suva smeša cementno-plastične košuljice može se pakovati npr. u papirne kese i na mestu upotrebe se samo meša sa vodom.
[0025] Suština pronalaska je dopunjena procentualnim prikazom pojedinačnih komponenti suve smeše cementno-plastične košuljice. Suva smeša cementno-plastične košuljice sadrži:

[0027] - 20% mase do 26% mase portland cementa 32,5 CEM I
[0028] - 20% mase do 26% mase kvarcnog peska veličine čestica 0,2 do 0,8 mm
[0029] - 2,7% mase do 3,1% mase superplastifikatora Melment 10/40
[0030] - 2,0% mase do 2,7% mase pirogene silike (mikrosilika) SiO<2>
[0031] - šljunak veličine čestica 0/4 koji čini ostatak.
[0032] Sve gore navedene komponente zajedno čine 100%.
[0033] Prednosti (suve) smeše cementno-plastične košuljice prema pronalasku su očigledne iz njenih spoljašnjih efekata. Efekti i originalnost leže u njenom jedinstvenom sastavu, gde je cilj ušteda troškova korišćenjem jeftinog ulaznog sirovog materijala - plastičnog otpada, kao i smanjenje mase rezultujućeg proizvoda. Neosporna prednost je činjenica da košuljice napravljene od ove cementno-plastične mešavine izgledaju kao teraco.
[0034] Teraco je kompozitni materijal, izliven na licu mesta ili prefabrikovan, koji se koristi za obradu podova i zidova. Sadrži komadiće mermera, kvarca, granita, stakla, ili drugog odgovarajućeg materijala, izlivenih cementnim vezivom (za hemijsko vezivanje), polimernim (za fizičko vezivanje), ili kombinacijom oba.
[0035] Ovaj efekat se postiže zamenom mermernih granula granulama plastičnog otpada, što smanjuje troškove do 80%. Košuljice napravljene od cementno-plastične smeše prema pronalasku ostavljaju manji ugljenični otisak i istovremeno rešavaju problem jednog od najteže recikliranih plastičnih otpada. Čak i decenijama stara degradirana plastika, čak i ako je izložena sunčevoj svetlosti, može se obraditi na ovaj način. Dodavanje plastičnih granula daje košuljici površinsku strukturu, mozaik, a dodatak kvarcnog peska dodaje krutost košuljici.
[0036] Primer tehničkog rešenja pronalaska
[0038] Podrazumeva se da su pojedinačna tehnička rešenja (suve) smeše cementno-plastične košuljice prema pronalasku predstavljena radi ilustracije, a ne kao ograničenja rešenja. Stručnjaci u ovoj oblasti će pronaći, ili će moći da utvrde koristeći ne više od rutinskog eksperimentisanja, mnoge ekvivalente specifičnim tehničkim rešenjima suve smeše cementno-plastične košuljice prema pronalasku. Takvi ekvivalenti će takođe spadati u obim zaštite patentnih zahteva.
[0039] Nije problem za stručnjake u ovoj oblasti da optimalno pomešaju pojedinačne komponente suve smeše cementno-plastične košuljice, tako da ove karakteristike nisu detaljno obrađene.

1. Patentni zahtevi
1. Suva smeša cementno-plastične košuljice, naznačena time da sadrži:
- 18% mase do 24% mase plastičnih granula,
- 20% mase do 26% mase portland cementa,
- 20% mase do 26% mase kvarcnog peska veličine čestica 0,2 do 0,8 mm,
- 2,7% mase do 3,1% mase superplastifikatora,
- 2,0% mase do 2,7% mase pirogene silike (mikrosilika) SiO<2>,
- šljunak veličine čestica 0/4 koji čini ostatak,
pri čemu sve gore navedene komponente zajedno čine 100% suve smeše.
2. Suva smeša cementno-plastične košuljice prema patentnom zahtevu 1, naznačena time da sadrži portland cement 32,5 CEM I.
3. Suva smeša cementno-plastične košuljice prema patentnom zahtevu 1, naznačena time da sadrži praškasti superplastifikator, kao što je Melment 10/40.
